Repair and maintenance work of civil structures in PHPL Vizag

Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/ honey-comb area of concrete/ mason ry by suitable gun/ pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of the Engin eer-in-Charge. [Note: The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected] :

Stirrer mixed SBR Polymer (of approved make) modified cement slurry made with Shrinkage Compensating Cement in Concrete/ RCC work.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and directions of t he Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respect :

SBR Polymer (@ 10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified pr oportion of approved polymer.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M. S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connect ion with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the work men etc. complete as per directions and approval of the Engineer-in-Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measure d for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. workincluding initial straightening of coiled/uncoiled bars, removal of loose rust, cutting, bending to correct size & shape, binding with 18 gauge G.I. wire at each intersection and placing at any position, at any height and depth c omplete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directio n of Site Engineer. : Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations. (3) Cutting of all reinforcement shall be done using hack saw or chiesel or any other method as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge]

Disposal of moorum/ building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including l oading, transporting, unloading to designated location/ approved municiple dumping ground for lead up to 10 Km and for all lifts, co mplete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: This item shall also be applicable in urban areas having directions for r estricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicles of 3.5 cum or more.]
