COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS OF SCADA OPERATED PUMP HOUSE RL 30 ALONG WITH OPERATORS INCLUDING MISC WORK SERVICES AT INA EZHIMALA

Comprehensive maintenance of water supply SCADA system including outsourcing of M&O services by employing 01 Nos High-Skilled Technician /shift of 8hrs in three shifts (Ist shift : 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, IInd shift : 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs, IIIrd shift : 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) with necessary reliever :- The duties of staff are :- (i) Manual/ Remote operations from the Control panels installed at various pump houses. (ii) Monitoring of water receiving from KWA/Water distribution through SCADA system and should liase with KWA staff if required as directed by JE/AGE E/M. (iii) Daily checking of chlorine, TDS, pH quality of KWA water received and report to JE/AGE E/M. (iv) Adding of chlorine manually in case of absence of chlorine content in KWA water. (v) To liase with sub stn 18 for DG supply in case of power failure. (vi) Monitoring of pumps/LT panels/valves operation installed at main pump house and report to JE/AGE E/M accordingly in case of any issue. (vii) The staff has to check manually at every SCADA panel installed at various pump houses in case of breakdown of communication.

Notes:- (i) The quoted rate is inclusive of repairs of PLC, modem, relays, antenna, HMI, motorised valves, ULS, communication system, single phase preventer, LED indicators, Push buttons, UPS etc and all other SCADA equipment’s installed at various pump houses and charges for static IP, SIM communication cost. (ii)The contractor has to keep ready all the spare parts at main pump house for rectification of faults within no time. (iii) All breakdowns should be attended within 2 hrs and report to JE/AGE E/M or else Rs. 1000/hr will be recovered from payments. (iv)The contractor should train technicians to replacing of all SCADA equipments. (v) The contractor has to carryout minor changes in SCADA software/PLC programme as directed by Engr-In-Charge without extra cost. (vi) If contractor failed to provide the High-Skilled technician in shift wise for three shifts on daily basis as per labour law (including sundays and holidays) Then a recovery of 1500/- per shift will be penalised. (vii) The contractor has to follow labour laws and has to provide uniform, tools etc. (viii) The contractor has to provide equivalent certificate for spares if he is replacing with makes other than mentioned above.

Supply and fix in repair/replacement of relay with base - 4 C/O, 24V DC complete all as specified and directed. Make:- IDEC (Part No. RU4S-D24)/ Omron (cat No. MY4N DC24) /Salzer (Cat No. MSP4P24).

Supply and fix in repair/replacement of LED indicators of Colour : Red / Yellow / Blue complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repair/replacement of push button with LED indicator 240V AC, Colour : Red/ Yellow/Green complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repair/replacement SMPS input voltage: 230 V, output voltage: 24 V, 5A, 120W complete all as specified and directed. Make:- NHP (cat No.NHP-ES-125-1-24) /Schneider (cat No.ABL 8REM24050)/ Mean well (EDR-120-24).

Supply and fix in repair/ replacement of wireless 4G,3G,2G,IoT based RS 232/485 GPRS modem complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Mcom Technology (Model: MCOM400TIRTU)/ Lantronics (cat No. M110 Series with RS 485 converter)/ RFI (cat No.MA-2080-B).

Supply and fix in repair/ replacement of magnetic power antenna suitable for GPRS wireless modem communication complete all as specified and directed. Make:- olnexus/Eteily/connectordevices.

Supply and fix repair/replacement of transformer input voltage: 230v AC Output voltage: 12V AC, 3A phase complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Generic/srk electronics/Nilkanth electronics.

Supply and fix in repair/replacement of electric motor suitable for actuator for 100mm dia butterfly valve complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Marsh (Part No. QT 10)/ Ritetork (Cat No.RT-10)/SD tork (cat No.SD-1000-10).

Supply and fix in repair/replacement of 4 Core 1.5sqmm, 1100V grade armoured cable complete all as specified and directed. Make: POLYCAB/ PRIMECAB/ FINOLEX.

M&L for servicing of motorised butterfly valve of any size by removing, cleaning, greasing, checking for wear and tear, refixing, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
