Supply and fix GI Tubing Heavy grade 100 mm dia ISI marked with all fittings of with flanged ends fixed on walls/floors/roof etc inl fixing with clamps, GI-gaskets, nuts and bolts etc on wall for multi storied building duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint scarlett red in colour over coat of zinc chromate primer. (For Wet Riser.) incl dismantling of old UNSV complete.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of slim seal type cast iron butterfly valves , bronze seat of size 100 mm dia, PN 1.6, lever operated type with necessary flanges, nuts, rubber insertion gaskets, nuts and bolts incl dismantling of old UNSV complete.

Supply & fix in repair brass body ball valve of size 25 mm suitable for connection of fire hose incl dismantling of old UNSV complete as directed.

Supply and fix Gun metal fire brigade inlet connection (suction collecting head) consisting of four nos 63mm dia instantaneous type male coupling with built in check valves and 150mm dia sluice valve (one no 150 mm dia NRV), and 150mm dia flanged outlet complete with all accessories incl dismantling of old UNSV complete.

Supply, installating, testing and commissioning of single hydrant valve of 63 mm dia single headed with instantaneous hose coupling adaptor with ISI mark. confirming to IS : 5290 lim seal type cast iron non return valves with flanges, nuts, bolts and rubber gaskets for seating the valves incl dismantling of old UNSV complete.

Supply ,install, testing and commissioning of controlled percolated hose in 15 M length for intrernal hydrant landing valves of of 63 mm dia and tested to bursting pressure of 15 Kg/ Sqcm and with SS coupling as per IS: 901 incl dismantling of old UNSV complete.

Supply & fix in repair hose reel complete with swing type drum, 19 mm dia rigid hose having lenth of 30 mtr with ball valve & stainless steel nozzle on one end all as pecified / directed incl dismantling of old UNSV complete.

Dismantling of UNSV electric driven terrace motor with pump 10-15 HP capacity cutting out the existing burnt out motor winding, cleaning the motor slots, rewinding the motor with insulated copper winding wire of existing gauge, applying varnish to winding, baking / heating up the motor, to achieve the proper insulation resistance, replacements of bearings, servicing of impeller, checking of coupling complete and refixing after repair at its original position complete all as specified incl varnishing and painting as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply, fix & testing of remote starter switch for the above monoblock pump sets at distance of upto 50 mtrs from pump as per site requirements incl dismantling of old UNSV complete.

Supply and laying of flexible weather proof cable 8 x 1.5 Sqmm duly fixed to walls and making necessary connections incl dismantling of old UNSV complete.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of non return valve 100 horizontal type cast iron double flanged conforming to IS 5312 with bolts, nuts, washers, 3 mm thick insertion rubber gaskets incl dismantling of old UNSV complete.

Scrubbing of existing paint from all mettalic surfaces of existing fire fighting system per building and applying two coats of scarlett red synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of mettalic primer complete to the satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.
