The tenderer should have satisfactorily achieved a turnover of 80% of the amount put to tender in cooking and catering services to various State / Central Government state level organization / MNCs in any two of the last three years (2023-24, 2024-25 2025-26)

The intending tenderer should have minimum 05 years of experience in the field of cooking and catering and experience certificate should be uploaded in Annexure-8 along with proforma-A

Experience Certificates for the preceding five years as per Section-XII and Proforma-A

Valid ISO 9001:2015 Certificate

Self declaration on letter head stating the Owner / Partner are not employee / Retired of normal employed in MGIRED through Deputation / Contract / Man Power Agency

Certificate of Incorporation of the business

Customer Satisfactory Certificates for the last three years

Valid FSSAI License

Registration under the Labour Act. from labour department

Registration with the Employees State Insurance Corporation

Registration with the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner

GST Registration Certificate issued by the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Karnataka

Valid License issued by the Labour Department

PAN Card of the Firm/Contractor

Trade license from Greater Bengaluru Authority

An undertaking stating that the proprietor/partner of the firm is not an employee of MGIRED and that none of his/her relatives are working in MGIRED on deputation, office duty, contract basis, or through any agency

Proof of Annual Turnover of not less than Rs.35,00,000/- in any two of the preceding three financial years, namely 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26.and income tax returns for last three financial years duly certified by charted accountant
