Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stonework & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone or concrete surface of wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft /loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in ground floor not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete etc all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gate but excluding framed truss etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation or for shafts, well, cesspits, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting points in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation of liquid soil/mud for di-silting/cleaning of area drainage not exceeding 1.5m deep in soft /loose soil and removing materials exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m and depositing, spreading and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for cutting brushes, herbs and jungles including cutting small trees girth not exceeding 5 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred, sopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets etc (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slab in drain/mainhole set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Cost of form work is deemed to be inclusive of unit rate quoted by the contractor & reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately.)

M&L for RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 (Nominal Mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundations beam, plinth beams, bases for columns etc , basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 (Nominal Mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in column, pillar, piers, post and struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks locally available best quality straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks locally available best quality , straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of wall in CM (1:3) including taking down old broken glass coping all as specified and directed. (Note: Broken glass shall be used not less than 2.00Kg/Sqm)

M&L formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footing, base of column, raft & plinth beam for flat, rough finish surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L formwork to sides of pillar, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for flat, rough finish surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto-all as per Item No.29.00 here-in-before but round bars 10mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing of Fe-410 (Gde E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of angle iron posts and struts in fencing including embedding in concrete, cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc including MS flat iron fillets and MS Nut and bolts, (for securing wire meh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting, welding or riveting etc and similar work conforming fo Fe-290-Gde-E-165 complete all as spcrified and directed.

Supply only MS galvanised iron chain link fencing any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only galvanised iron chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, staining bolts, etc. and fixed with 10 mm dia MS round bars and straining including provision of binding wire for securing chain link fencing as per relevant IS specification and as approved complete all as specified and directed. (Note: 10 mm dia MS round bar shall be measured and paid separately under Item No.35.00 here-in below as "supply only")

Supply only MS round bars 10mm dia as in line bars or hooking at one end fixed indpendently with chain link fencing or fixed the wire mesh as strengthening bar including welding and binding etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- 10mm dia bar shall be used in item No. 34.00 here-in-before )

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 11 to 15mm with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other end, each screw end to be fitted with two washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolts 50mm to 100mm and dia 5mm to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. after and including taking down old unserviceable galvanised steel barbed wire complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Each line of wire to be measured).

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc, galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. after and including taking down old unserviceable galvanised steel barbed wire complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Each line of wire to be measured).

S&F of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of 0.50mm thick of any colour as approved by GE having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge / wall/cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-polished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick (glossy type), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over and including 20 mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite (any type) work (table rubbed and polished) machine cut in steps, jambs, pillars, window cill, cooking platform etc bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the granite stone including and polishing over and including 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) as screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2008 (M-35 grade) laying over and including 50mm thick sand filling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for heavy duty floor tiles of size 300mm x 300mm, 10 to 13mm thick of (Make : Deccan Natural or Cresto Brown of Somany or equivalent in Johnson/Kejaria) set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment or Ezy Grout of Somany to match or equivalent of Johnson/Kejara complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for External wall cladding tile of size exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18Sqm , 10 to 13mm thick of (Make : Deccan Natural or Cresto Brown of Somany or equivalent in Johnson/Kejaria) set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment or Ezy Grout of Somany to match or equivalent of Johnson/Kejara complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor/paving etc finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor, hard standing, sub base floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint(using AIR-LESS PAINT SPRAYER) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over wall surfaces by using AIR-LESS PAINT PRIMER SPRAYER using smart technique including preparation/levelling of new surface of wall using manual sand papers(where reqd) of approved grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint using air less paint sprayer having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over and including minimum 1.5mm thick wall putty using smart technique over old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exceeding 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer on newly plastered surface of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) after preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of chain link fencing of any size and any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel railing grade 304 tubular section vertical post 50mm dia of thickness 16 gauge including necessary welding at joints, grinding & mirror polishing, stainless steel caps, ball, floor caps, all stainless steel SS tubular section dia 25mm, grade 304 in two horizontal row of and accessories and post fixed to existing footpath/steps/wall 150mm in deep, distance between the post is min 1 mtr including necessary concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
