Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. Providing water proofing treatment shall be done in two coats apply First coat of Dr. Fixit Torch SHIELD ( P - 3160- 3mm ) to the clean and saturated surface maintaining a coverage 0.60 sqm (Zero point six zero squate meter) per kilogram to achieve 1mm (one millimeter) thickness this coating shall also be executed up to 300mm (Three hundred millimetre) vertically. The 2nd coat shall be applied in opposite direction after 4 to 6 (Four to six) hours of application of 1st coat then sprinkle sand on top surface of applied Dr. Fixit Fast flex white still tacky and the second coat. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 (Zero point ninety litres/ ten) square metre ) over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 (Zero point seventy five litres/ ten) square metre of approved brand and manufacture within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick Unistone / GRC / NTC cladding on wall surface with 12mm ( twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) and jointed with cement slurry to match the stone including scaffolding and cost and carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer- In-Charge .Rate is inclusive of toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
