8.21 Providing and fixing structural steel frame (for dry cladding with 30 mm thick gang saw cut with machine cut edges sand stone) on walls at all heights using M.S. square/ rectangular tube in the required pattern as per architectural drawing, including cost of cutting, bending, welding etc. The frame work shall be fixed to the wall with the help of M.S. brackets/ lugs of angle iron/ flats etc. which shall be welded to the frame and embedded in brick wall with cement concrete block 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 300x230x300 mm, including cost of necessary centring and shuttering and with approved expansion hold fasteners on CC/RCC surface, including drilling necessary holes. Approved cramps/ pins etc. shall be welded to the frame work to support stone cladding, the steel work will be given a priming coat of Zinc primer as approved by Engineer?in-charge and painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint (Shop drawings shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-charge for approval before execution). LANDSCAPPING WORK 2.1 Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).
2.2 Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).
2.5 Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods
2.6 Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation.
2.7 Fine dressing of the ground.
2.9 Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in charge
2.15 Half brick circular tree guard in bricks, internal diameter 1.25 metro and height 1.2 metre above ground and 0.20 m below ground, bottom two courses laid dry and top three courses in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) and the intermediate courses being in dry honey comb masonry as per design complete: 2.15.1 With common burnt clay FP.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5.0
2.31 Filling of the following size empty pots with mixture of good earth & manure in the ratio of 2:1 (Two part of Good earth & one port of manure) and placing them on appropriate place i/c carriage of earth, manure and pots up to 50 mtr, as per direction of officer in charge. (The cost of good earth, earthen pots & manure will be paid separately.) 2.31.1 Size of Empty Pots 15cm Top dia, 8cm Bottom Dia & 15cm Perpendicular height.
7.4 Providing and stacking of Alstonia scholaris of height 150-165 cm. in bag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge. ICD NO-10259
