Construction of Kalyan Mandap at Tangarpali of Tangarpali G.P.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil mixed with gravels including dressing and levelling the bed up to the required depth & removing the excavated earth & depositing the same away from the work site within initial lead of 50 mtr & initial lift of 1.5 mtr, including cost of labour T&P articles required for the work including shoring, shuttering, propping & dewatering if required, etc. complete in all respect as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming, including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm size hard granite metal (C.B.) approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting laying including cost, carriage, royalty,cost of labour T.&P. etc complete

PCC(1:2:4) with H.G crusher broken chips including hoisting laying including cost, carriage, royalty,cost of labour T.&P. etc complete

Fly ash Brick masonry using good fly ash bricks of size 23 cm. x 11 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per Sqr. Cm.with dimensional tolerance upto 2 % in cement mortar of mix (1:6) in foundation and plinth including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash Brick masonry using good fly ash bricks of size 23 cm. x 11 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per Sqr. Cm.with dimensional tolerance upto 2 % in cement mortar of mix (1:6) in Super Structure including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick masonary work with Fly Ash bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in super structure inlcuding cost, carriage & royalty of materials etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work of M-20 having minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using 12mm to 20mm size (1/2” to 3/4”) crusher broken hard black granite chips of 20mm size (not to exceed 25%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28 days, cost of rigid and smooth centering & shuttering and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost of M.S. rod/Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills etc complete as drawing design and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Cutting, straightening coiled or bent up Fe-415 grade SAIL Brand MS ROD welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills as required for RCC works, and hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position according to approved designs and drawings including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, taxes of M.S. rods, Fe-415 or equivalent and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and cost of all labour, sundries, T&P and scaffolding complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (payment will be made according to the actual weight of M.S. rod, Fe-415 or equivalent consumed in the work and no separate payment will be made towards weight of binding wires which is to be borne by the contractor at his own cost) as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
