Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Period for completion of this work is 03 (Three) months including Monsoon

In case bidder has quoted less rates difference amount shall be submitted in the form of DD/FDR which shall be scanned along with documents and original DD/FDR should be submitted to division office on / before date and time of opening of tender

The Tenderer shall furnish, as part of his tender, earnest money deposit in the amount as shown in column 4 of the Table of IFT for this particular work. Tenderer should pay the full EMD amount of Rs. 67,004/- through e-payment only

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21 ,2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 a) Achieved in at least one financial years an average financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 33.50 Lakhhs (Turn Over certificate must have UDIN Number Otherwise it will not be considered)

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21 ,2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 (b) satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Providing, supplying and installation of Solar Roof, RO filter, LED solar street lights and solar heat pump of value not less than Rs. 16.75 Lakhs

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21 ,2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 (c) executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work (1) RO filter: 2 nos (2) Inverter: 1 nos (3) Computer: 4 nos (4) LED street light: 5 nos

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
