Sufficient notice would be given by BHEL for corrigendum / extensions and it will be published in following websites,https://eprocurebhel.co.in, http://bhel.com, http://eprocure.gov.in After the scrutiny of techno-commercial bids, the price bids of only techno-commercially qualified offers will be opened with prior intimation. Either Principal or authorized agent shall register their Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) (Class 3- signing & encryption). Bidders are advised to go through the FAQ available in the E-Procurement portal. DSC shall be registered for the authorized person and all transactions done using that DSC against tenders shall be taken as valid communication and shall be binding on principal/agent and is valid legally.
