Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc.completes (HSR item No. 30.21).

Repairs to plaster thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preaparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbis to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (HSR item No. 30.16.1)

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.one or more coats on old work. (HSR item No. 30.27.1)

Distamper with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mix) close having VOC content less that 50 gm of appvorde brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Old work (one or more cooats) (HSR item 30.25.1)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper,water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping,sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc.complete (HSR item No. 30.22).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of appvored brand and manufacture of requried colour to give an even shade. One or more coats on old work. (HSR item No. 30.28.1)

Repair of all water supply fitting (defected sanitary) in all complex office.

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 Ltr capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc, removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and clearing the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching power & 0.5 Gm per liter capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per Ltr) (if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account) (HSR item No. 30.90).

Disconnecting damaged overhead/terrace PVC water storage tank of any size from water supply line and removing from the terrace including shifting at ground level as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (HSR item 30.89)

Repair of all sanitary fitting of toilet in the office complex

Providing & fixing white vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian Type) along with “S” or “P” trap including dismantling of old WC seat and “S” or “P” trap at site complete with all operation including all necessary materials, labour and disposal of dismantled material i/c malba, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge, Long pattern W.C. Pan of Size 580 x 440 (HSR item No. 30.84.1).

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs lid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead for thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm (HSR item No. 5.43.1)

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dado over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm including pinting in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete (HSR item No. 10.58)

Providing and laying rectified glazed ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colors, shades, except white, ivory, gray fume red brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 Kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc complete (HSR item No. 10.61)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622< of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar, 1:4 (1cement; 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg/ Sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of tile 600x600 mm (HSR item No. 10.63.2)

Repair and supply of electric fitting & fixation include change MCB, TPN & wire system of office complex

Providing and laying and making rack/almera in drawing branch (NS item)

Taking out existing wooden door/window shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door/window shutters to existing door, frames, including replacement of hingers with screws etc, as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge (HSR item No. 39.51)

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick factory made laminated veneer lumber door shutter conforming to IS : 14616 including ISI marked M.S. pressed butthinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, all complete asper directions of Engineer- in-charge and panelling with panels of : (Note:-Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) 12 mm thick plain grade -1, medium density flat pressed three layer particle board FPT - I or graded wood particle board FPT- I,IS : 3087 marked, bonded with BWP type synthetic resin adhesive as per (HSR item No. 12.8.1).

Removal of old broken glass panes (any thickness or size, sqm quality or description) from wooden frames, glzed with putty or fixed with beads (HSR item No. 5.50)

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty, Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5 Kg/Sqm) (HSR item No. 30.54.2).
