Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.50 metres, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed: Chiseling @ 50 % & Jumper work @ 50 %.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead: of area 3 sq. metres and below.

Providing and fixing soil, waste and vent pipes PVC : 110 mm dia 4.50 kg/cm2 complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing soil, waste and vent pipes 75 mm dia 4.50 kg/cm2 complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing PVC plain bend at required degree ISI marked incl. fixing with approved adhesive etc. complete 110 mm dia complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete vectus or equivalent make as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall:- 15 mm nominal dia Pipes.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require: White Vitreous China Wash basin size 630x450 mm with a pair of 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal for wash basin completely recessed at the back for the reception of pipes and fittings.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x600 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ Sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineerin Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per Sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing uplasticised PVC connection pipe with brass unions 45 cm length 15 mm nominal bore each.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete: Flexible pipe 32 mm.

Providing and fixing PTMT towel rail complete with brackets fixed to wooden cleats with CP brass screws with concealed fittings arrangement of approved quality and colour. 600 mm long towel rail with total length of 645 mm, width 78 mm and effective height of 88 mm, weighing not less than 190 gms.

Providing and fixing stop cock as approved quality 15 mm nominal bore as per direction of EIC.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats).

Extra over item No.13.90.1 for every sub sequent coat of distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture.

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary: Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws: 30 mm thick shutters with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size, Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood/ Sacond class kail wood.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass tower bolts (barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete : 150x10 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. single acting spring hinges/ helical door spring with necessary screws etc. complete : 125 mm

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required: In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing HDPE pipes 15 mm nominal dia, having stability for modrate to cold water supply, including all plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at specific place complete or as per direction of Engineer in Charge. External work - 15 mm or 1/2" nominal outer dia Pipes.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work.
