Cleaning of nahni/floor/gully trap upto first manhole and removal of sludge etc all as pecified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Opening and dewatering of soakage well of any capacity up to 3 mtr dia by pumping out foul/dirty water through by using mechnical pump and all arrangment like labour ,fuel,opertator & shifting of pump arranged by contractor including working approch to the site and pump out up to distance not less than 50 mtr all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Taking down existing damaged water closet alongwith complete PCC and lime concrete from sunken floor and providing new EWC / IWC and water proofing treatment to sunken floor as per following stage :- (i) 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:2) with WPC at all around and base of sunken floor with proper slope. (ii) Applying a coat of 85/25 gde hot bitumen @ 0.7Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @0.5Kg/Sqm and then pasteing of polythene film, 150 micron, natural colour with cold cut back adhessive. (iii) Providing lime concrete and cement concrete to fill up the sunken floor (PCC 1:4:8) after testing of water tightness.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5sqm and not exc 4.0 sqm each with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frame ) including dismantling of PCC bed blocks for hold fasts.All as specified and as directed.

Refixing of shutters of any description exc 1.00 Sqm and n.exc 2.00 sqm each in same opening including of taking down, easing, adjusting and renewal/refixing of builders hardware as required including renewal of unserviceable screws, etc.All as specified and as directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm, made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinfoced with M.S. square tube, supply and fixing in opening as per specification.All as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, 30 mm thick factory made solid panel PVC shutters (conforming to IS : 4020) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tubes of 19 gauge and size 19 mm x 19 mm for stiles and 15 mm x 15 mm for top and bottom rails. Note 1:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount. Note 2-Contractor's supervisor and main worker would wear shirt/T-shirt of colour sky blue/brown/yellow preferable embosed with contractor's firm name while carriying out any activities in defence area for better check of security purpose. Note 3:-The tenderer (all eligible contractors) shall ascertain the taxes & levies as on date. The subject tender caters all the taxes & levies as on date including the latest notification of GST issued as on date ( issued by Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs)
