Day to Day civil and Horticulture activities in BHEL Township Haridwar

Resolution of day to day Complaints pertaining to Toilet/Bathroom chokage which includes cleaning the sewer line in all depths between gully trap/chamber to manhole and complete removal of all the obstructions/blockage accumulated such as silt, sand, debris, any other wastes, etc. and disposing the same in the nearby low level areas or as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. [All the required tools and materials shall be issued free of cost from the BHEL store.] [The work is to be carried out in General Shift of 8 hours’ duration (i.e. 8AM to 5PM) including 1-hour lunch break from 12PM to 1PM. (Working for 8 hours’ duration = 1 Job unit)]

Resolution of day to day water line leakage/damaged related complaints irrespective of pipe material, type & size i.e. GI, replacement of non-repairable line with all necessary pipe fittings through process of threading, clamping to make leak proof joint after taking out old/ non- repairable leaked pipe/ damaged pipe. This scope includes disconnection from existing network of water supply line, reconnection back the same, digging, cutting of road / demolishing CC work/ earth work by means of manual, refilling complete in all respect. [All the required tools and materials shall be issued free of cost from the BHEL store.] [The work is to be carried out in General Shift of 8 hours’ duration (i.e. 8AM to 5PM) including 1-hour lunch break from 12PM to 1PM. Resolution of day to day plumbing related complaints pertaining to cistern, tap, pillar cock, waste pipe, W C seat, waste coupling, angle valve, etc. repair/ replacement of non-repairable fittings through process of threading, adhesive tape, clamping to make leak proof after taking out old/ non- repairable fittings. This scope includes disconnection from existing network of water supply line, reconnection back the same, by means of manual, complete in all respect. [All the required tools and materials shall be issued free of cost from the BHEL store.] [The work is to be carried out in General Shift of 8 hours’ duration (i.e. 8AM to 5PM) including 1-hour lunch break from 12PM to 1PM. Resolution of day to day carpentry related complaints pertaining to door, window, ventilation, jali shutter, fixing of fittings like handle, tower bolt, hinge, glass pane etc.; repair/ replacement of non-repairable fittings through process of taking out the repairable item at maintenance store, repairing/changing the damaged position and fixing back the same at the location with all fittings complete. This scope includes displacement from existing location, re-fixing the same, by means of manual, complete in all respect. [All the required tools and materials shall be issued free of cost from the BHEL store.] [The work is to be carried out in General Shift of 8 hours’ duration (i.e. 8AM to 5PM) including 1-hour lunch break from 12PM to 1PM. Resolution of day to day masonry related complaints pertaining to plastering, brickwork, cement concrete work, through process of taking the material from store to the location, repairing the same as per issues raised, disposal of rubbish to nearby low lying area and cleaning the site as directed by Engineer-In-charge. All the work shall be done by manual means, complete in all respect. [All the required tools and materials shall be issued free of cost from the BHEL store.] [The work is to be carried out in General Shift of 8 hours’ duration (i.e. 8AM to 5PM) including 1-hour lunch break from 12PM to 1PM. Resolution of day to day welding related complaints pertaining to car gate repair, barbed wire fencing, window grill repair, hinge welding, etc. through process of taking the material from store to the complaint site location, repairing the same as per issues raised, disposal of rubbish to nearby low lying area and cleaning the site as directed by Engineer-In-charge. All the work shall be done by manual means, complete in all respect. [All the required tools and materials shall be issued free of cost from the BHEL store.] [The work is to be carried out in General Shift of 8 hours’ duration (i.e. 8AM to 5PM) including 1-hour lunch break from 12PM to 1PM. Day to day sweeping and cleaning work at VIP areas, in front of Guest Houses, BHEL House, CFFP House along with surrounding areas and disposing the collected garbage to nearby dustbin or as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge [All the required tools and materials shall be issued free of cost from the BHEL store.] [The work is to be carried out in General Shift of 8 hours’ duration (i.e. 8AM to 5PM) including 1-hour lunch break from 12PM to 1PM. Day to day Toilet/bathroom cleaning, Sweeping, Cleaning & Sanitation work in the offices and buildings outside the Factory area like Civil T/ship, Electrical T/Ship, Water Works, Estate, HRDC, PCRI, Guest Houses, etc.; and/or sweeping and cleaning work at open area like roads sides, parks, peeths, shopping centre, khokha market, office premises, etc.; and any other work related to main activity where and when assigned, as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. [All the required tools and materials shall be issued free of cost from the BHEL store.] [The work is to be carried out in General Shift of 8 hours’ duration (i.e. 8AM to 5PM) including 1-hour lunch break from 12PM to 1PM. Preparation and decoration for the special occasions like Independence day, republic day, VVIP visits in the BHEL T/ship. The activities shall include general decoration, flower rangoli making, rice rangoli making, flower decoration at Swarn Jayanti Hall for celebration of different functions like Lohri, Holi, Teej, Janamasthmi, Navratri, Deepawali etc. as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. [All the required tools and materials shall be issued free of cost from the BHEL store.] [The work is to be carried out in General Shift of 8 hours’ duration (i.e. 8AM to 5PM) including 1-hour lunch break from 12PM to 1PM. Horticulture Maintenance & Development of Swarn Jayanti Park, Sector-III round the year by carrying out activities like Preparation and maintenance of flower pots with different types of plan; preparation of flower seedlings; development of Flower beds by carrying out activities like digging of flower beds, hoeing of flower beds, plantation of seeding etc.; upkeep of lawn by weeding, chiselling (if reqd.), lawn mowing; hedge maintenance by pruning & cutting of hedge. All the above activities are to be done to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. [All the required tools and materials like manure, seedlings etc. shall be provided by the department free of cost.] [The work is to be carried out in General Shift of 8 hours’ duration (i.e. 8AM to 5PM) including 1-hour lunch break from 12PM to 1PM. Horticulture Maintenance & Development of HRDC area, Gandhi Park and Main Hospital area round the year by carrying out activities like upkeep of lawn i.e. weeding, chiselling (if reqd.), lawn mowing, digging of flower beds, hoeing of flower beds, plantation of seedling, pruning and cutting of hedge to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. [All the required tools and materials like manure, seedlings etc. shall be provided by the department free of cost.] [The work is to be carried out in General Shift of 8 hours’ duration (i.e. 8AM to 5PM) including 1-hour lunch break from 12PM to 1PM. Horticulture Maintenance & Development of office premises outside the Factory, like PCRI, etc. and any other area in the BHEL Township as per the requirement round the year by carrying out activities like upkeep of lawn i.e. weeding, chiselling (if reqd.), lawn mowing, digging of flower beds, hoeing of flower beds, plantation of seedling, pruning and cutting of hedge and keeping bare minimum neat and clean the area, free from wild growth to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.
