Taking down chowkhats of frames n.exc 1.50 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified & directed.

Description all as per Srl Item No. 1.00 here-in-before, but exceeding 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm (without taking off shutters from the frames) and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down shutters of any description area not exc 1.00 Sqm each complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down shutters of any description area exc 1.00 sqm and not exc 2.00 Sqm each complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of old u/s brickwork built in cement mortar complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Welding in repairs of old/broken steel windows/door shutter exc 2.50 cm but n. Exc. 5.00 cm in length and thickness of metal exc 6mm but n.exc 9mm complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters for doors, open rebated and prepared to receive glass or gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (b); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.
