Construction of WTP (0.93 MLD)
Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of water treatment plants in the shape of Rapid sand filters including cost of construction of civil works, hoisting and errection of all steel works, providing and installation of all mechanical/Electrical equipments/accessories, laying of all interconnecting GI/GMSERW pipes and scouring arrangements from all units with disposal of the same to the boundary of structures, all types of valves, fittings and all contingent works capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in chapter-I of CPHEEO manual under all climatic conditions specified therein. The treatment plant includes, Raw Water Tank, , Inlet Chamber, inlet channel, Parshall flumes, C/O pre-sedimentation tank, lime solution tanks, Alum solution tanks with Dozining arrangement, Flash mixer, Mechnical Clariflocculator, Rapid sand filters, pipe gallery, and clear water tank and plant building accommodating alum store, chemical handling and feeding room with safety measure, back wash pump cum air compressors room, pannel room, water testing laboratory and attendant room. The cost shall include office furniture also. ProvidingProviding and fixing of lighting arrangements complete in all respect. Providing and fixing all electrical/Mechanical equipments, proper walk way for Inspection/ operation of various units, Providing and setting up of all laboratory equipments etc as per CPHEEO manuals appendix 15.90 (category-II) of 1999 addition shall be provided . Sizes of various units shall be based on manual of water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO. The design of various units shall conform to relevant IS Codes and specifications. All the water retaining stuctuctures shall be designed and constructed in RCC.(The work of site development,ptotection walls/retaing walls and boundary wall shall be measured and paid for separalely) (Refer to Data Sheet No. 1 and Common design parameter for further details )
CONSTRUCTION OF PUMP HOUSES
Construction of pump house with chowkidar room including internal electrical wiring, water supply and sanitary, other allied items, cost of septic tank and as per drawing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

CONSTRUCTION OF WATER STORAGE TANKS OF VARIOUS CAPACITY
Constructing RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix but not leaner than 1:1.5:3 (1Cement:1.5 sand:3 graded stone aggregates)in foundation, walls, bottom slab of roof slab, roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MSERW pipes special and valves / acuated valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level, indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of actuators and chamber for valves shall be included in the rates of tanks.

SCHEDULE B2 (Submersible Pumping Machinary from source to WTP)
Supply & Erection of submersible pumping set of KSB /Kirloskar make comprising to latest relevant BIS Code. The pump should be fitted with bronze impeller of suitable alloys as per IS: 8034-2018 and relevent code with latest ammendent for Raw water having greased packed bearings and shaft with wound stator on motor side and with soft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor (water proof type) of required HP, RPM 2900 / 1450 of reputed make conforming to IS: 9283-1979 latest with upto date amendments, totally dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and grease packed lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear and tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. The pump set should include sloted pipe,GI wire round cage ,GI rope with chain pully ,water level guards, erection clamps , cable clips and depth gauge etc including complete lowering arrangement. and suitable for operation on data given below:-(With soft starter complete in all respect ) (Refer Data Sheet No 11 for further details )

CENTRIFUGAL PUMING MACHINERY (CLEAR WATER TANK)
Providing Erection of horizontal spindle,horizontal/redial split casing/end suction(Back-pull out arrangements) single/double/multi stage Star rated centrifugal pump or combination of pumps, In series/parallel of recommended make such as Mather and Platt/KSB/ Beacon Weir/Kirlosker/BE/Jyoti as per BIS 1520-1980 with upto date ammendments, read with IS:9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting water for under mentioned characterestics with bronze,impellers/priming funnels,casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze,shaft of steel grade 4508 FN8 with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a common MS/Cast steel base plate (base plate to be from the manufacturer of the pumping unit only) to slip ring/ squirrel cage screen protected drip proof induction motor /motors of standard make such as Kirlosker/BHEL /Crompton /NGEF /GEC/Siemens/Jyoti /ABB and suitable for operation on 400(+/-)10% volts,50 cycles /second.3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor/motors should be at +10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump/pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-)15% of the duty poiint head. The motor/motors as per ISI:325:1978 with upto date ammendments read with IS 900:1972. It should include cost of bearing nuts , bolts and painting etc. and should meet the following requirements:- . .
(a) 1st Stage :-Discharge of Pump 6.25 LPS Total head 456.13 Mtr ,4 set of 75 HP(2 set working + 2 set stand by). (Refer Data Sheet No 12 for further details )
(b) 2nd Stage:- Discharge of pump 4.21 LPS Total head of 466.42 Mtr ,4 set of 50HP (2 set working + 2 set stand by). (Refer Data Sheet No 13 for further details )
SCHEDULE B 3 - RISING MAINS AND ANCHOR BLOCK
Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earthwork in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work , blasting hard or soft soil , lift up to 1.50 mtr. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtr. Clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers, when required in to plinth side of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 mtrs and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer - In- Charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4sand:8 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts and to the enitre satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced work in:- Foundation and plinth
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtr. and removal of the same for insitu -reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :
(a) Foundation and footings
Providing tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending binding and placing in position complete including the cost of binding wire in all leads and lifts.
Providing,Laying , jointing & testing of MSERW pipe as per IS:3183-2007,in trenches of below mentioned diameter in a radam length of 4 - 6 mtr. including anticorossive treatment and remaining other Circumferencial Butt Welded joints by electrical arc welding to required dia. MSERW Pipe welded in requisite number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS : 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.50 mm to 6.30 mm of Advani Oerlikon (Adore) - CITOJET / ESAB make, conforming to IS:814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects, including manual / mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(The earth work in trenches and MS flanges to be measured and paid for separately)

Operation & Maintenance of automation pumping machinery 590 BHP including working and stand bye ,Rising main and Gravity main in a length of 77690 Mtrs, & for a period of 3 years, including WTP 0.93 MLD, 1 No sump well, 2 Nos Pump house ,yard light, and 7 Nos. underground storage tank complete in all respects to provide potable drinking water to multi villages group piped water scheme for part of Sadar of Bilaspur District properly handling deploying skilled & unskilled employees at main controling station to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The Operation and maintenance period shall start after sucessful trial run of three months after commissioning of the project and nothing shall be paid for the period of trial run. (The scope of operation and maintenance of the scheme shall include the total present scope of the project for three years).
