Manning & Operation of substation & new DSS with 2Nos. DG sets 100kVA & 160kVA by providing 01 (one) FGM, in 03 (three) shifts of 8hours each (round the clock 24hrs) x3 shifts = 3 FGMs on all days including Sundays and holidays for 14Sqn complete all as specified, detailed hereinafter and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Manning & Operation of substation with 1No. DG set 400kVA by providing 01 (one) FGM, in 03 (three) shifts of 8hours each (round the clock 24hrs) x3 shifts = 3 FGMs on all days including Sundays and holidays for 27 MMPU complete all as specified, detailed hereinafter and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Manning & Operation of substation with 1No. DG set 62.5kVA by providing 01 (one) FGM, in 02 (two) shifts of 8hours each (0800 to 1600hrs & 1600hrs to 2400hrs) = 2 FGMs on all days including Sundays and holidays for Green Field complete all as specified, detailed hereinafter and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Notes for serial item Nos. 1 to 6: (i) The timings for each shift shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-charge. No claim whatsoever on this aspect is admissible (ii) 'NIL'or 'Zero' quoting of rates against any items will be treated as 'Non Bonafide'. (iii) The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum fair wages as notified by the Government of India / State Government / Local bodies / Labour Regulations whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESI, Bonus, taxes, etc. as applicable. In case, the rates quoted by the bidder are less than the minimum fair wages as notified by the Government of India / State Government / Local body / Labour Regulations whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESI, Bonus, taxes, etc. as applicable, his tender will be treated as 'NON BONAFIDE' and will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amount amongst valid / bonafide bids only.

(iv) The minimum wages as derivied by the Deartment including all statutory provision such as ESIC, Bonus, GST, taxes, etc. except the Contractor's profit for skilled person works out to Rs. 705/-per person per shift and for un-skilled person Rs. 552/- per person per shift (v) Increased wages including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions shall be paid to the workers by the Contractor. No other claim whatsoever shall be admissible on this account and the bidders shall note this aspect and quote their rates accordingly. It must be noted that in compliance of all statutory provisions, the increase will be passed over to the workers
