Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ).

Providing & Fixing of anti skid high strength, high finish, coloured Tile/Interlocking flooring having thickness 60 mm over prepared surface with base of 25 mm thick cement and mortar 1:4 as per approved colour, design & drawing including all respect complete. (the design of paving blocks shall be desided by Engineer-in-charge)

Supply & Stacking good soil of earth at site complete including loading unloading & Transportation etc. Good soil of earth

Spreading of manure , good earth in required thickness (cost of manure and good earth to be separately )

Providing and supplying of Garden bench (Victorian) at site both side of garden bench is made of cast iron having back height of 720 mm and seating height of 390 mm (approx.) it may vary at some places and both side of Garden bench is connected with 10 Nos. MS tube of rectangular section size 65×25×3mm having length of 1520 mm for seating purpose with extra support 25×5 mm MS flat for extra stability. All sharp and rough edges of bench is to be grinded with grinder and all fill up with m-seal, and fixed at required position and this bench is having the provision of hold & fast system weight not less than 95Kg (for grouting) bench is complete with a coat of 1st class red oxide and with three coats of synthetic enamel of 1st class quality paint in green colour finally bench is assembled with nuts and fixing at the site complete with the direction of E-I-C.
