Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Cleaning of surface drain including disposal of muck sludge through trolley or other arrangement to a specified place (in no case it shall be kept on drain banks) within a lead of 1KM complete with all tools & tackles as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge (EIC)

Brooming & cleaning of all roads in colony and within the premises of service building and other places as required with all tools 7 tackles and stacking the garbage at specified place as per instruction of EIC

Disposal of dead big animal including transportation to the specified place, making earth pit, disposal of dead animal into pit with adequate quantity of salt, lime and bleaching powder etc. and refilling the pit with earth all complete with tools. Tackles consumables as per instruction of EIC

Cleaning of choked sewer line & sludge line of all diameters including removal of earth, opening of joints, cleaning of pipe line, making joints leak proof etc. all complete including disposal of sludge materials outside the colony with all leads at specified place with tools & tackles, as per instruction of EIC

Cleaning of septic tank of 20 users capacity with tools & tackles including disposal of sludge materials out side the periphery of colony with all leads at a specified place complete as per instruction of EIC by mechanical means.

Cleaning of all types of roof including removal of dry leaves, weeding and clearing drain holes, Brooming etc. all complete with tools & tackles and stacking the garbage at specified place as per instruction of EIC

Cleaning, mopping & washing of floor of Rescue, Administrative bldg , VTS control room etc. neatly with detergent bleaching powder etc. all complete with tools, tackles and consumable to make the floor clean & hygienic as per instruction of EIC

Cleaning, mopping & washing of floor of Clubs etc neatly with detergent bleaching powder etc. all complete with tools, tackles and consumable to make the floor clean & hygienic as per instruction of EIC

Cleaning of door shutters, window shutters including chowkhats, window frills, glass panes cobwebs etc. of service / community buildings with necessary detergents chemicals etc. complete as per instruction of E/C WEEKLY

Cleaning of general / common toilet including cleaning of WC Pan (Indian / European type) wash basins, urinals by hand dusting and cleaning with soap solution, acids, deodorants, phenyl etc. to make the toilet clean & hygienic including providing naphthalene balls in urinals etc. complete with all tools, tackles & consumables as per instruction of EIC
