Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto all depth, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within all lead .including de-watering and carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by the contractor to full extent in all respects in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc including dewatering works and carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (one cement : four coarse sand :eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including dewatering works and carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size including dewatering and carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return bwall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 including dewatering and carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws 2nd class deodar wood including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing wooden plank ceiling with tongued and grooved jointing and wood screws (frame work and cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately) 50 mm thick 2nd class deodar wood including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) 80 mm dia including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
