Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within airport premises and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or/ and manure before and after flooding trench with water. (excluding cost of imported earth, mixing of earth, sludge, manure, spreading).

Preparation of beds for ground covers, hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20%: one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), including planting, flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within airport premises, lift up to 1.5 m complete as per the directions of Engineer-In -Charge. (cost of plants/ ground covers, sludge, manure, extra good earth if needed, mixing charges and spreading charges shall be paid separately under respective items)

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site wherever required inside airport premises including royalty and carriage complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking sludge at site wherever required inside airport premises including royalty and carriage complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge (sludge measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site wherever required inside airport premises including royalty and carriage complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Supplying and spreading including mixing, if any, fertilizer & pesticides at site of work DAP as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified. Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20% as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Engineer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking of clods as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Flooding the ground with water including making Kiaries and dismantling the same as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge

Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Fine dressing the ground as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and fixing M. S. tree guard 45 cm square in plan, height 1.20 metre above ground level and 0.40 metre below ground level. The vertical members shall consist of four nos. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm, 1.6m long, one at each corner and 8 nos flat iron of size 25x3 mm, 1.2 m long. The vertical mambers shall be welded to 4 nos. 25x6 mm M. S. flats placed horizontally around the vertical member of the cage. One name plate of 1 mm thick M.S. sheet of size 250x100 mm shall be welded to the tree guard near the middle height and lettered with approved name. The tree guard shall be fixed to the ground by making suitable holes and by embedding four corners leg in the ground, including refilling the earth, compaction etc. complete. The tree guard shall be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture over a coat of primer, complete in all respect.

Water tanker having 5000 lit. capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, wartering at site with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Complete maintenance of garden with entire garden features in the garden area i.c lawn, trees, palm trees, shrubs, ground covers, hedge etc and removal of all weeds, watering, mowing of lawn, cattle chasing, watch and ward, pruning of trees/shrubs, clipping of hedge/edge top dressing of in garden area with good earth & manure once/twice in a year , application of chemical fertilizer etc as and when required nothing extra shall be paid on this account and all the above operation done every month during maintenance period are as per direction of Engineer in charge including cattle chasing/ watch and ward. Maintenance Period for 60 months. Cutting of designer hedge/edge removing of cut materials, cleaning, hoeing of hedge/edge bed watering manuring and applying insecticdes and fungicides etc. Topiary cutting/shaping of trees removing of cut materials, cleaning. Complete maintenance of the entire garden feature in the garden area i.e. lawn, trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, creepers etc. including hoeing, pruning, replacement of unhealthy plants and trees, gap filling , watering , mowing of lawn, clipping of hedge, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizer (whenever required) top dressing of lawn in equal levels and good earth filling to be done where ever required in the damaged/replacing lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by Engineer -in-charge. (Note:-The quoted rate is inclusive of cost of Manpower, Good earth , manure, fertilizer, organic manure/ vermicompost, insecticides and pesticides,DAP, etc. & All T&P articles & stock materials etc.) Weeding out of lawn by removal of all weeds and other wild growth with roots by forking including disposal of garden rubbish with all lead and lifts complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge of the work without top dressing. Cutting of Hedge/Edge including removing of cut material along with removal of rubbish for all lead within the airport premises and all lift as per direction of Engineer incharge (Including the cost of material).
