HIRING OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY (PMC) SERVICES FOR MISCELLANEOUS SPUR/SMALL PIPELINE PROJECTS AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT ON RATE CONTRACT BASIS FOR 2 YEARS

Preparation of Design basis, Process P&ID documents including Process Design, CCOE document preparation. {Reimbursement towards boarding and loadging during site visit shall be paid extra }. Pipeline length upto 5 Km.

Preparation of Design basis, Process P&ID documents including Process Design, CCOE document preparation. {Reimbursement towards boarding and loadging during site visit shall be paid extra }. Pipeline length above 5 Km and less than 15 km

Preparation of Design basis, Process P&ID documents including Process Design, CCOE document preparation. {Reimbursement towards boarding and loadging during site visit shall be paid extra }. Pipeline length above 15 Km.

Preparation of Design basis, Drawings for Control Room Building or store yard/shed/boundary wall {Reimbursement towards boarding and loadging during site visit shall be paid extra }.

HAZOP study for Pipeline Connectivity Project with terminal(s) comprising of Pressure Reduction Skid, Metering Skid, and other associated facilities in isolation or in a combination.

Preparation of item(s) specifications, PTS (Particular Technical Specs.), GTS (General Technical Specs.), MRs, estimate, BEC as per Bid Documents including all techno-commercial part, SCC, SOR & complete tender, Approval of vendor drawing/ QAP/ Manufacturing Procedure etc., Submission of Order closure recommendation/ Report for the following Packages:-

Line Pipe (Bare/ Coating/ Coated pipes)

BALL/PLUG Valves & Other Valves (GATE, GLOBE, CHECK, MOV’s , ROV’s Etc.

Metering skid /PRS

PCV/ PSV/ FCV/ SSV/ Flow meter etc

EIA/EMP Study

Calibration of Flow meter/PSV testing/Supervision for commissioning of metering skid / PRS Etc.

Gas Heaters / Insulation joints/ Scrapper launcher reciever / Flanges and fittings

Hot tapping materials/ Split Tee

Package for Composite works for pipeline laying involving Terminal, Cathodic Protection and other allied activities. {Reimbursement towards site visit (if reqired )shall be paid extra}.

Package for composite work of New Terminal / Re-vamping of Existing Terminals. {Reimbursement towards site visit (if reqired )shall be paid extra}.

Telecom / SCADA package – Design, engineering & tendering for procurement, installation & commissioning.

Package for Pipeline Coating, repairing, replacement work etc. in existing / running pipeline {Reimbursement towards site visit (if reqired )shall be paid extra}.

HDD Tender

Inspection of materials - line pipe, coating, other associated material like ball valves, fitiings, IJ's , Hot tapping material , scrapper launcher, metering skids etc. at Vendor's shop/ at designated dump site/ construction site/ store etc. (within India). {Reimbursement towards boarding and loadging during site visit shall be paid extra }.

Inspection of materials at Vendor' shop (outside India) of item/ packages as per tender documents

Expert construction personnel (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Civil) required for specific jobs at site, for Site Construction management & Supervision (HDD, Hot tapping works etc.). {Reimbursement towards boarding and loadging during site visit shall be paid extra }

Site Construction management & Supervision of Pipe line, stations, terminals construction works, telecom / SCADA system including inspection, commissioning assistance, store management, contract management and other site related activities. (Deployment of Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and Instrumentation Personnel with qualifications as defined in SCC)

Services of CAD operator at GAIL Project office

SAP Work at GAIL Office {Reimbursement towards boarding and loadging during site visit shall be paid extra }

Sevices of Regional construction Manager(RCM) in 4 different regions. (i.e Eastern, Western, Northern & Southern region). {Reimbursement towards boarding and loadging during site visit shall be paid extra }

Services of Engineering Assistant for extra works beyond the scope, not specifically covered in the Scope of Works in the Tender. (As per qualification detailed in tender document).

Project technical co-ordinator {Reimbursement towards boarding and loadging during site visit shall be paid extra}

Liasoning for Obtaining NOC/Permission for Laying From PESO(Prior Permission) Preparation and Submission of online application/ submitting physical copies of drawings at PESO Nagpur, Fulfilling the other requirement/Queries of PESO and Follow Up with PESO Office for Obtaining NOC/Permission for Laying From PESO *Inclusive of travelling, Fooding and lodging for visiting PESO office

Obtaining NOC/Permission for commissionig of pipeline/CGD Hook Up from PESO Preparation and Submission of online application/submitting physical copies of drawings at PESO Nagpur/Arrange site inspection from concerned Circle/Subcircle PESO office, Fulfilling the other requirement/Queries of PESO and Follow Up with PESO Nagpur Office for Obtaining NOC/Permission for commissionig of pipeline/CGD Hook Up from PESO *Inclusive of travelling, Fooding and lodging for visiting PESO office

Prepartion of HSE/ERDMP report

Deployment of HSE/Electrical/ Instrumentation Engineer
