Excavation in foundation and trenches up to all depths and in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, situated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock, chiseling /wedging of soft / hard rock where blasting is prohibited, in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required. Stacking usable and unusable material /soil separately and after laying jointing and testing of pipes, returning the usable soil in 15cm layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed with in all leads/ lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original conditions and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. Complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying in CC 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6sand : 12graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size and curing completed excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts.
Providing and laying in CC 1:5:10 (1cement 5sand 10 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work the size of plum shall usually be 150 mm to 300 mm in retaining wall as per PWD specification and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. within all leads and lifts
Excavation in drain and channel in all classification of soil such as pick work , jumper work jumper blasst , blasting and hard blasting including saturated soil dressing of sdes and bed stacking the serviceble and unserviceble materials separately and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth in all leads and lifths including disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed by the direction of Engineer- in- Charge
Dressing of side and bed including preparation of sub grade for cement concrete liningt work complete in all leads and lifts

Providing ,Laying,jointing ( by way of circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding ) and testing of MSERW pipe of following dia meters /class confirming to ISO 3183-2007 grade L-210 or A, (latest with upto date amendments) having wall thickness as specified below with bevelled ends and capable of withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 4 to 7 meters, including manufacturing reducers/ tapers , all short pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes . The laying of pipe will include all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standards and the damaged portion of the pipes and specials made form the parent tube during welding or otherwise shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separately). (MSERW pipe as per ISO 3187-2007 grade L-210 or A wall thickness 4.40 mm 300 mmm dia)
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1 Cement :3 Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.
Reinforcement Cement concrete lining 15cm thick or less for channel using cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 sand:3 stone agg 20mm nominal size and curing complete.)

Extra allowance for form work for irrigation channel.
Boulder filling behind R/wall and under the bed of footpath along the main channel 20 % of length in all leads and lifts.
Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement :6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in Cement Mortar 1:6(1 cement:6 sand) complete in all leads and lifts.
Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand: 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge. in: -
Foundation and plinth
Wall ( any thickness but not less than 0.10 mtrs. Thickness) including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.
Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position complete upto floor two level i.c cost of binding wire with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in all leads and fifts:-
Vertical surfaces such as wall(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like -
Wire crate made of GI wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire. The weight of boulders should not less than 18 Kg and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge (wire crate to be measured and paid for separately ) within all leads and lifts
Wire crates made of G.I wire filled with boulders with square cut faces againest the wire ( boulder filling to be measured and paid for sparetaly ) G.I wire 5mm thick corresponding to SWG-6 ( 15 cm X 15 cm mesh complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer - in -Charge.
