Dismantling steel poles/struts, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of mild steel channel or angle sections etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete including demolition of concrete, excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling GI wire service feeder or distributor span complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable, foundation of pole and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable ) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness all complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only punned down sand thickness 18CM shall be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV type-1, flat of size 300x180x40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8),type D-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete for fixing VCB/Pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping pole including necessary steel form work, finishing exposed faces of concrete even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, transporting, erecting and fixing in replacement Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31, 9.00 metre long , complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified including painting with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over one coat of red oxide primer and 06 Nos bands/ straps with yellow and black colour ( 30 cm wide each)epoxy heat resistant paint at a distance 30 cm from plinth block and numbering of poles with black synthetic enamel paint in 2.5 cm height including tarring/Bituminous paint one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing outdoor type cable end termination heat shrinkable suitable for HT 11 KV XLPE cable 3 core 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing Indoor type cable end termination heat shrinkable suitable for HT 11 KV XLPE cable 3 core 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section (flat iron/angle iron/mild steel sheet) including back plate, MS boxes made out of MS sheet, clamps or D clamps made out of MS flat iron made to shape including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending hot or cold, drilling holes for bolt in any size or shape as directed including applying of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white letters, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25 x 20cm (11 KV) size all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with using galvanized mild steel earth plate (electrode) 600 mm x 600 mmx 6 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 m below ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to be packed thickness of 15 cm all round the plate using galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate no 3 connected to earth testing point all as specified

Material and labour for cutting of existing road for crossing of underground electric cable for laying of any size GI tubing including necessary excavation and earth work including repairing the same as per existing with pre mix bituminous carpet complete all as specified and directed. Note : Width of trench shall be 15 cm and depth shall be up to 30 cm.

Supply and fixing HT cable route indicator of size (0.3x0.3x2) Mtr, made out of PCC (1:2:4) and one mtr grouted in the ground with suitable PCC work with writing HT cable(MES) on the complete all as specified.

Disconnecting dismantling & taking out carefully existing unserviceable VCBs from position and transporting to MES store for safe custody complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of HT 11 KV, VCB Panel,3 phase, 50 Hz totally enclosed metal clad switchgear complete with Vacuum circuit breaker having rupturing capacity 350 MVA of rating up to 630 Amp comprising 02 Nos incoming, 01 No out going and 01 No Bus coupler cum riser including CT and PT as per following specifications:-

(a) 12KV, Lean Gear ZN1, Copper Bus bar, 1250A, 25KA/3 Sec, 40 Degree ambient, Operating height < = 1000 Meters suitable for incomer

(b) 12KV, Lean Gear ZN1, Copper Bus bar, 1250A, 25KA/3 Sec, 40 Degree ambient, Operating height < = 1000 Meters suitable for outgoing

(c) 12KV, Lean Gear ZN1, Copper Bus bar, 1250A, 25KA/3 Sec, 40 Degree ambient, Operating height < = 1000 Meters Bus Coupler cum Riser

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cm and 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised from strip of 32x6mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I 1991 connected to earthing test point/transformer/panel all as specified or indicated and testing on completion as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C1, RCC pit cover , charcoal, salt including provision of earth lead protected by 40mm dia light grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering complete.
