PROCUREMENT OF AMC FOR EXISTING UPS FOR BHOOMI PROJECT

Bidder/OEM shall be authorized dealer and shall submit Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) as per Annexure 4 Only.

The bidder should be ISO 9001 2015, 45001 2018, 50001 2018 certified and in business for the last 5 years.The OEM must hold ISO 14001 2015, 9001 2015, ISO 45001 201

A.If Bidder is an OEM The OEM should have done AMC for UPS atleast 80% of the quantity required and if bidder is a trader he should have done AMC atleast 30% of the required quantity in any one of the last 3 years.B.The bidders should have experience of supplying minimum quantity as mentioned in Annexure 8 above to a Central or State Government Urban Local Bodies Government Departments Public Sector Companies Private Companies in India.

Company Information shall be furnished as per Annexure-5. Bidder/OEM should have Corporate/Regional office with good service and technical support team with 15 minimum authorized service centres with minimum of 2 service engineers in each of the service centres in the State of Karnataka or undertake to open a service office in Karnataka in case it becomes the successful bidder within 45 days of award of contract.

The bidder should not have been blacklisted by any organization of Karnataka or in any other State Government or Central Government or PSU undertakings.

If bidder has previously supplied Batteries to Bhoomi Monitoring Cell then have to compulsorily provide Satisfactory Certificate

If bidder is a manufacturer, then manufacturer certificate should be submitted.

Bidder should be registered under GST and should submit proof of filing GST returns for the past 3 years.

The bidder shall provide documentary proof of IT returns filed for previous three financial years (2023-24,2024-25 & 2025-26)

The Bidder should have average Annual financial turnover of Rs 1 Crore during the last 3 preceding financial year

Bidder should furnish copy of the Registration document where the Company/ / Partnership is registered under Indian Companies Act 1956 or 2013/Partnership Act 1932 / Shops and Establishment Act/Limited Liability Partnership, etc.
