Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendent holder, sketch fitting, sockets, regulator etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls and floors etc to match with the existing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down ceiling fan, any sweep and size, sealing cable, dismantling fan blades, re-assembling the ceiling fan and re-fixing in original position and making connections using new PVC insulated copper conductor cable of size 23/.0076 sqmm from ceiling rose to connector/ fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting to ceiling fan of any make/ model/ sweep by removing old paint and filling cavaties with filler and applying one coat of super enamelled paint of colour as per existing using spray gun and writing MES numbers with black paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down exhaust fan, any sweep and size, sealing cable, dismantling fan blades, re-assembling the ceiling fan and re-fixing in original position and making connections using new PVC insulated copper conductor cable of size 23/.0076 sqmm from ceiling rose to connector/ exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable in and including concealed heavy duty PVC conduit including cutting chases in walls and making good the disturbed surface with existing colour of wall all jointing accessories including provision of 3mm thick bakelite sheet top cover on new sunken boxes fixed with new brass screws & washers including 1.5 Sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor wire as earth continuity to common earth and connecting to earth dolly for one light point/ bell point controlled by one switch or one fan point controlled by one switch through regulator complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.6 above but for one 5 pin 5/6 Amps socket outlet on independent board.
