Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (such as copings, bands of any type, roof padding, kerbs, sunken etc; overall thickness and removing the dust debris etc to out side MOD land and disposing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs in roofs, suspended floors, chajjas, landings, etc., any thickness, jointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Jodhpur stone roof slabs, self faced exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 12.5 cm thick, 25cm to 35cm wide, hoisted and set, jointed and grouted in cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item srl No 3 above but, except stone complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as over roof for making good depression/ undulation to make the existing roof surfaces as filling in depression of roof slab/ floor padding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs in the following stages - (i) Rendering 10 mm thick plaster/ screed in cement mortar (1:4) mixing with water proofing compound (as per manufacturer instructions) and surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified . Note : (WPC shell be measured separately and paid for under respective item of schedule). (ii) First coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm over plastered surfaces. (iii) Second coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (iv) Third layer of APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 20 micron HMHDPE outer film 20 micron both sides thickness 2.0 mm having weight 2.50 Kg/Sqm. (v) Final coat of blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702-1988 grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm.

Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterpro of and sloped surface of terrace including parapet etc, laid on 20 mm thick (1:4) cement mortar and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of (1:1) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid (ISI marked)

Taking down carefully cement concrete/ spalled out concrete from RCC roof projections,Ceilings,Sunshades,beams etc upto cover depth by chipping out lightly including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the existing reinf of slabs chajjas etc & applying a coat of SIKA RUSTOFF 11 or equivalent of pidilite,fosroc,Thermax etc to remove rust particles etc throughly cleaning the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying a coat of bond coat made with cement slurry(1part cement to 1.5-2parts water) mixed with admixture LATEX POWER mixed @5 Kg per 50kg of cement & applying to the concrete surfaces @200gm/sqm to obtain tack complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15-20mm thick rendering in CM 1:1:2 using 1 part cement to 1part 2-3mm screenings of stone agg & 2 parts coarse sand over the bond coat applied surfeces with cement mixed SIKA PLASTOCRETE admixture equivalent of pidilite,fosroc,Thermax etc @100gm/50kg of cement & finishing the surfaces even & rough to recieve final rendering coat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10-15mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) over the bond coat applied surfeces with cement mixed SIKA PLASTOCRETE SUPER admixture @100gm/50kg of cement & finishing the surfaces even & smooth over and including GI chicken wire mesh of 0.71mm dia wire & 12mm mesh size fixed with nails & screws around RCC chajjas/fascias etc complete all as directed at site.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level including floor finishes and removing debris from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling glazed tiles/ kota stone/ terrazzo tiles any type as in dado/ skirting etc; including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of approved shade and pattern, 7 to 8 mm thick , area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm laid in floor, set and jointe (square/ rectangular) in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of approved shade and pattern of size 350x 250x7mm/ 450X350X7mm/ 300X450X7 to 8mm thick or any other nearer size as approved by Engineer incharge in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for virified ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item srl No 18 above butas in skirting (Matching with floor tile of the same room) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16 -18 mm thick granite (colour as approved) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, shelves, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms (vertical/ horizontal) and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mirror polished machine cut Kota stone slab 15-16 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, 50 mm thick, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement including provision of construction joints complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Stone slab 25 mm to 35 mm thick dressed true and square, in one length not less than 60cm and n. exc 120cm in as in Plinth Protection, chajja etc., punched dressed on exposed faces and self faced on the embedded unexposed beds and joints; exposed edges rounded or chamfered as directed, set, jointed and pointed in CM in 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floor, sub bases, floor and paving etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60mm thick factory made pre cast cement concrete rubber moulded laquer finish using chemical and admixure inter locking tiles having compressive strength not less than 350 kg/Sqcm, of shape and colour as approved by GE , laid over 25mm thick compacted approved sand cushioned surface, joints filled by fine sand and compacting the top surfaces of paver blocks after laid etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made precast cement concrete solid blocks M-30 Grade, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerb stones of any size (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) set in cement mortar (1:4) for path edgings etc; embedded in position including all necessary excavation, tamping ground arround blocks and removal of rubbish/ surplus soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs or benching etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone/ brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work, serviceable stone aside for reuse and removing unserviceable material in low laying area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling jodhpur type, brought upto course, well bonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling,Jodhpur type, brought upto courses complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposal of debris complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 over stone masonary, concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonary wall surfaces in CM 1:4 finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for sunken portion in the following stages - (i) Taking down of existing sunken slab treatment from the sunken portion and cleaning the surfaces washing down with water and rubbish of the pemises , cleaning and filling cracks with sealing compound, brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00kg/sqm and grouting 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate on sunken slab portion and finishing the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. (ii) M&L for two coat of acrylic cementitious water proofing coating (Dr FIXITpidifin 2k manufactured by M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd or equivalent) and followed by a overlay protective screed 10mm thick cement mortar (1:4) along with liquid water proofing compound approved make as per manufacturer's instructions) on top surfaces of sunken slab after preprations as mentioned above. Method of application for acrylic cementitious water proofing coating achieved as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cast iron work of any description and in any position complete all as specified.

S&F of Factory made steel window box type using ERW hollow 'P' section comprising double frame for and including gauged and glazed Skeleton shutter jointed internally with flat iron 40x4mm complete including grill of 8/10mm square bars as directed by Engineer incharge, fixed horizontally @ 10cm c/c, hinges, handle, tower bolts, stops, lugs etc. (with provision of fixing for cooler if required) all as shown on drawing No CEJZ/TD/20 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 fixed in repairs i.e, incl taking down and removal of old steel windows from site or to store complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Guard bar/ grill shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch 'A'.

M&L for fabrication of aluminium powder coated window any pattern & design (openable with hinges, sliding, tilt and turn, casement , fixed type, villa type, ventilators) fabricated with anodized aluminium rectangular or any type section in frame with approved design & patterns including provn of fixing galvanised mild steel wire cloth on the outer side of frame etc; fixed in position all as specified and directed.
