Demolition/Dismantling of existing normal roof treatment, any type from RCC roof slab including lime concrete/PCC padding over roof, removing layer of bitumen under lime concrete/PCC padding, cement mortar, felt etc and cleaning the surface by hacking to receive plaster and removing demolished materials outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish from premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames not exc 1.50 Sqm each with shutters (with out taking off shutters from the frame), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames exc 1.50 Sqm and not exc 4.00 Sqm each with shutters (with out taking off shutters from the frame), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes 75 mm bore alongwith fittings and accessories, jointed in CM and taking out from walls, floor or trenches if required, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes 100 mm bore alongwith fittings and accessories, jointed in CM and taking out from walls, floor or trenches if required, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only approved liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of roof slab including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ of 0.40 Kg/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, [email protected] Kg/Sqm over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm.

Item 20.00 Contd........ (ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm (minimum) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimney/other vertical surfaces and polymeric membrane inserted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen. (v) Cost of above aspects is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles on vertical surfaces 350x 250x7 mm/450X350X7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonry surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonry surfaces in two layers, consisting of 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 and over that 5 mm thick in Cm 1:4 using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction's, finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 75 mm thick as in plinth protection/Path/PCC paving etc including finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, with and including all necessary formwork to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering where directed and providing 6 mm wide joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection duly filled with mastic filling (one part of hot bitumen 85/25 and three parts of fine sand by weight), complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Exhaust fan of size 450mm sweep, 1400 RPM, metal body, complete with condenser and mounting from and regulator including providing/cutting the round hole of required size in the wall finishing the same supply and grouting the ragged bolt in wall, fixing the frame and exhaust fan including supply and fixing the louver shutter with frame on the exhaust side (outer surface of the wall) and connecting PVC insulated twisted twin core 23/0.0076 copper conductor flexible PVC insulated cable of required length from connector/ceiling rose to fan motor and engraving and painting with black synthetic enamelled paint MES number upto 2.5 cm high including testing and commisioning, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling fans of 1200 mm sweep including all accessories such as down rod, canopy, blade set comprising of three blades, hanging arrangement with rubber block, nuts, bolts, washers, split pins, capacitor etc complete with and including PVC insulated twisted twin core 23/0.0076 copper conductor flexible rubber insulated cable of required length from connector/ceiling rose to fan motor including testing, commissioning and painting with black synthetic enamelled paints MES number upto 2.5 cm high, complete all as specified and directed.
