Dismantling of worn out battery clamp and battery connecting wire made of copper 1.5 mtr long and replacement of battery clamp heavy duly 02 Nos in one side and 2 Nos lugs on other side of suitable sizes fixed complete all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for battery teriminal brass clamps including removal of extg unserviceable one compete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting all electrical connections from DG set 25 KVA , 45 KVA, 62.5 KVA, 110 KVA & alternator of any capacity from base plate by opening nuts & bolts keeping a side the alternator for inspection and taking out the to work shop for rewinding with super enamelled winding wire as per existing with insulation paper including testing & commissioning complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour charges for main field coil repairing/rewinding heat brunishing with rewinding with super enamelled winding wire as per existing with insulation paper & replaement of ball bearing and rings lugs etc of 125 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour charges for FIP & Injector repairing /re- calibration including spare parts of 125 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dismantaling the radiator taking to work shop for overhauling & cleaning, de-scaling with acid, removal of leakage including soldering and welding, brazing as required and renewal of gaskets, nuts, bolts, mounting pads,hoses,clips, etc and refixing its original position for following capacities of DG set complete all as specified and directed:-
