S & F LED Flame proof weatherproof LED light Flying saucer model 100 Watt ( CCT 5700 - 6500 K ) ,120 Degree light spreading angle and made in die cast aluminium alloy LM 6 suitable for zone 1 & 2 , gas group IIA & IIB,, with IP 65 Protection due cast aluminium housing epoxy powder coated having tup glass with hanging hook/clamp as per site requirment, power factor of minimum 0.95, lumen efficiency > 100LM/W pressure die-cast aluminium alloy housing with polyester powder coated metallic silver finish after phosphochromate treatment, life span of minimum 50000 working hours up to 18 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete and with and including wiring using three core PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, flexible stranded copper conductor FR-LSH cables suitable for outdoor use, 1.5 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010 complete all as specified and as directed.Make Shyam/Sudheer/HPL or equivalent make in group I as approved by ADG (i) It is mandatory that contractor shall submit the insurance certificate minimum 5 Lakh sum assured of all staff/employee employed by him for the work services. (ii) At location where light are connected through overhead conductor, connection cable from light fitting to overhead conductor is deemed to be incl in the item rate. (iii) All LED street light/flame proof lights shall be properly connected with earth dolly provided with fittings and steel poles earth bolt.(iv)All LED lights have replacement warranty of 3 years from the date of completion of the contract accordingly condition 46 of GCC (IAFW-2249) shall be amended to extent mention above. Contractor has to submitt warranty certificate from manufacturer . Payment of light fitting will be released after receiving of 3 year replacement warranty certificate.(v) The LED lights will replaced by the contractor free of cost in the case of manufacturing defects and Failure due to electrical impact if not connected properly with earth. Hence it is contractor responsibility to connect the light fitting earth wire and shall be grounded properly. (vi) The contractor shall submit the surge protection certificate and Type test certificate LM 79, LM 80 for luminaries. (vii) All LED fitting shall be identified by printing or fixing stickers duly mentioned the C.A number and date of completion.(viii) For any change in product or change in catalogue No. etc due to technological upgradation, letter has to be obtained from the lighting company on their letter head signed by an offical of National level. (ix) All T& P required at site for installation of light on Pole / Bldg /Tower or at any location shall be arranged by contractor.(X) If the clamp is not provided by manufacturer,s , it shall be the responsibility of the contractor to provide the same and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for submain wiring (surface type) with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper cable multistranded conductor 1100 volts grade, including 2.5 sqmm PVC (FR-LSH) insulated unsheathed copper cable multistrand conductor 1100 volts grade for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including in stove enamelled steel conduit with all accessories such as bend, tee, junction box, flexible steel conduit etc. up to 18 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specifed and as directed. (wiring to be carried out in Hanger/Sun shelter) Note:- (i) Two run of wiring cable, one run of earth wire and one run of stove enamelled steel conduit shall be measured as one unit. (ii) Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board. (iii) Cost of necessary T&P items shall be deeemed to be included in the quoted rate (iv) The hanger/sunselter/REV/height may vary from 12m to 22m, the same shall be kept in mind before quoting rates.

All as per Item No-2 above but two single core 4 Sqmm for phase & neutral and 01 single core 4.0 Sqmm for earth wire complete all as specifed and as directed. (wiring to be carried out in Hanger/Sun shelter).

Supply and fix for, flame proof, weather proof enclosure made of cast aluminium alloy LM6 weather proof IP65, finished inside and outside with light grey epoxy powder coating for MCB distribution board, three phase and neutral, with incoming and outgoing terminal chamber, bus bar chamber comprising of 04 (Four) Nos or OEM recommendation copper bus bars of suitable rating, with and including separate MCB chambers suitable for accommodating 09 (Nine) Nos. of 10 Amps MCB SP 'C' curve, 03 (Three) Nos. of MCB SP 20 Amps 'C' curve and 01 (One) No. of MCB TPN 63 Amps 'C' curve, including cable glands terminals, hardware mounting arrangement including necessary welding, cutting and drilling work for the DBs to be fixed on channel of the frame with necessary nut, bolt and washers with channel/ plate of suitable size etc. all as per Cat No.SSPL/RCP/109 of make 'Sudhir' or equivalent model of make Crompton Greaves/ Bajaj/Shyam as apprived complete all as specified and directed.
