12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix.

(a) 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand).

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

(a) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling of 6 Metre high monopole (alcatel make) having base frame of 65x65x6mm of 2.36m and 100x50mm channel support for fixing GI pipes as bracing at its position from terrace of (G+10) floor building including removing of bracings, runways, plates from concrete after demolishing of required R.C.C. / cement concrete , and keeping all the dismantled material on terrace all complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. Notes :The items includes for the following and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.(a) The agency shall take every precautions against the damages to the structure or near by structures while dismantling / dehoisting the tower.(b) Necessary safety precautions to protect the human-lives etc. shall be the sole responsibility of the agency.(c) Item includes all operations, tools & plants, equipments, machinery etc. required for the work as well as safety measures as per the relevent IS codes. This charges are for dismantling of tower and approximate weight of tower is 5 (Five) tonne.(d) Rate includes cost of dismantling of 6m monopole and keeping all the dismantled material on terrace

Transportation of all the 6m monopole material including of cleats, anchor fasteners and safely from Goji Store, Sachin to the terrace building all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) Upto Distance of 40 Km

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including the cost of centring and shuttering and filling of minor pot holes in the terrace with chemical modified mortar "Polyalk EP" of M/s Sunanda Specility Coatings Pvt. Ltd. or equivalent with cement in proportion of 1:1:2 (1 part of chemical : 1 part of cement : 2 part of sand).

(a) Up to size 700 x 700 mm.

(b) Up to size 400 x 400 mm.

Drilling holes in RCC members of 20mm or 14mm dia and 200mm depth vertically in plumb, without damaging RCC members, cleaning the hole, filling with pressure gun the FISHER make FISV 360S ör approved equivalent make chemical in required quantity as per manufacturer's specifications, immediately fixing 16mm or 12mm dia 200mm long anchor fasteners of same make up to required depth in to it, all complete. In case existing reinforcement is encountered during drilling, the new hole to be made nearby for which nothing extra shall be paid.The rate includes cost of drilling extra holes if required and filling the failed holes with cement mortar 1 : 2 and disposal of dismantelled materials within 50 m lead including making good any damages to structure,etc.all complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete block in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of required size including centring and

(a) Block of size 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.45 m.(i) From Ground level to terrace level

(b) Block of size 0.30 x 0.30 x 0.20 m.(i) From Ground level to terrace level

Labour for erection of 1 No. 6 Metre high monopole at its position upto 15 m height from ground level. The work shall include the following.(A) Erection of monopole including sorting, assembling, lifting from ground floor to terrace/mumty level with ropes and other necessary T&P, fitting and fixing up all the support members in position true to the alignment including assembling/ hoisting/ fixing of ladder, working platform, wave guide rack, lightening arrestor etc. at required level, all complete as per manufacturer's drawings and as directed by Engineer in charge.The item includes enlarging holes, straightening of twisted or bend members of any type etc. and all other connected works for the above operation (if and as required) all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. (This operation is only for labour charges for erection of one monopole and its support system.) NOTE :1. The item also includes for following and nothing extra shall be paid. (a) The agency shall take every precautions against the damages to the structure of nearby structures while erecting the tower. (b) Necessary safety precations to protect human lives, insurance cover to labour etc. shall be the sole responsiblity of the agency. Necessary insurance shall be procured by the agency for the labours carrying out the erection job.(c) Item includes for all operatins, T&P, equipments, machinery etc. for the work as well as safety measures.

2. The item does not include supply of monopole material/dismantling of old monopole and its transportation. This shall be paid under separate item, if and as required.3. Measurement : One job includes.(1) Erecting and vertical alignment of 6metre monopole with necessary antenna fixtures as per drawing.(2) Bracing / Tieing of the main pole with 2 Nos. of angle / pipes.
