M &L For Making Foundation of transformer (2X2X3.5 ) Mtr including Excavations not exc 1.5 m deep , plain cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (Nominal mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ,Brick work with old sized fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in built in CM (1:4),Reinforced cement concrete nominal mix in Type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete,Reinforced cement concrete nominal mix in Type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves, formwork to sides of foundations, pile cap, footing, grid beam, plinth beam etc of fair finished square, rectangular or polygon surface,Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) to batter fair finished surface, rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finishing even and fair,rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finishing even and fair,Mild steel deformed CRS TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required , including cranking , bending, spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less 0.9mm dia of securing with clips ,new plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance asper IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces,Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation , Returning, filling in, incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm connected items,Removing excavated material n exc 250 m but n exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point at Arakhakuda Puri complete all as specified & directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m in all kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.out in Hard/ Dense soil.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point soil.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (Nominal mix) using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M30 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M30 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.
