Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

Work done certificate: To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in his or her name in the last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25) should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of Contract value Physcially & financially) as a prime contractor at least one similar work (BUILDING WORK) of the value not less than Rs 20.75 lakhs (usually not less than 50% of the amount put to tender under this contract) Work done Certificate issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division (The cost of completed work of previous year shall be given the weightage at 10% per year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which the tenders are invited)

Income Tax PAN card and Income Tax returns filed for the Financial year 2024-25 (Assessment year 2025-26)

To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in his or her name in the last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25) should have achieved in at least Two financial years minimum financial turnover of Rs 41.494 lakhs (usually not less than APT).
