Servicing of Diesel engine Generating sets 10 KVA to 50 KVA Rating to be carried out as per schedule given as under. B- check:- (Every 100 Hrs or 6 months whichever is earlier) (i) Change lubricating oil (ii) Change lubricating oil filters (iii) change fuel filters (iv) Change coolant (v) check Engine wiring for damage (vi) Drain fuel supply tank (vii)Change by pass lubricant filters (viii) Change air filters (ix) Check oil pressure (x) Change fuel water seperator. C-check :- (Every 1500 Hrs or 1 year whichever is earlier) (i) Adjust valves (ii) Steam clean engine (iii) Replace hoses if required (iv) Check turbo charger mounting nuts (v) C Check Engine oil heater (vi) clean rediator (vii) Inspect following parts and replace if required (Alternator,starter etc) (viii) Clean fuel from inside (ix) Change engine oil. Note : (i) B-check and C check spare parts will be measured and paid separately under supply only items (fixing charges included with the servicing of DG set).

Supply and fix V-Belt off sizes complete all as per site requirement all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Oil pressure gauge ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Oil temperature gauge ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Fuel gaugemeter ISI marked operated on 24 V DC complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix RPM Meter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix AVR as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Dismantling of radiator complete from DG Sets cleaning/scraping of depositing manually from outside of the radiator, cleaning of all cooper tubes of radiator with descaling solution from inside & outside with forged feed method & with water and air compressor (by using separate chemical pump water pump & compressor) plugging of all leakages in welding, brazing of copper tubes, cleaning of fins and replacement of gaskets etc for the capacities up to 63 KVA DG sets.

M&L for dismantling of Exhaust pipe of silencer, cleaning of silencer to remove carbon deposit inside exhaust and refixing including replacement of worn out rubber gasket packing and nut, bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair and maintenance of alternator of type, with opening the cover cleaning all the parts, removing dust with tightening all the electrical connection, checking the serviceability of automatic voltage regulator and voltage setting, tightening the loose connections, checking and setting the alighment properly cleaning air inlet, opening the terminals box top and front cover and tightening the cable leads, checking insulation resistance closing the covers and testing complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacity of DG Set :-

Upto 25 KVA DG set of any make

30 KVA to 125 KVA DG set of any make

M&L for disconnecting the defective/burnt Alternator from the engine and removing it from the base frame and shifting it to the workshop, removing rotor and cutting the field copper winding or armature winding and cleaning the slots complete for rewinding and using super enameled copper wire, varnishing and drying using three coats of insulating varnishing reassembling the motor after repairs/re-setting complete re-installation at site including transportation from the site to and pro, complete of capacity upto following. Note:- "Copper wire required for rewinding shall be measured and paid separately"

DG Sets upto 25 KVA of any make

DG Sets 30 KVA to 63 KVA of any make

DG Sets 100 KVA to 125 KVA of any make

Super enameled copper wire of any size/gauge, or strips as required for rewinding of DG set and voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair and maintenance of metal doors (i.e., front and back door) of DG set of capacity from 25 KVA upto 63 KVA, incl taking down door to the work shop from site and fixed suitable hinged incl welding work if required and painting the same as existing colour and refixing the same on DG set complete and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable self starter with new self starter, 12 Volts, DC as per existing model and make of Diesel Generator set of capacity upto 63 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down U/S battery 12V from the DG Set and supply and install 12 V 180 AH maintenance free battery including terminal clamps, copper lead of suitable size/length ,battery stand complete testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of battery lead suitable for 180 AH capacity 1.5 mtr long 10 Sqmm single core copper wire including GM terminals one end coper lug and other and including 0.5 mtr connecting both end with gun metal terminals complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable asbestos rope from the exhaust pipe, cleaning the exhaust pipe and supply and wraping new asbestos rope of suitable size and wrapping with wire mesh and plastering with plaster of paris / white cement for smooth finishing including replacment of gasket and tightening of all nut and bolts, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to DG Set enigne upto six cylinder of capacity upto 63 KVA by dismantling/strip opening of the DG Set for overhauling by removing the cylinder head assembly including facing and grinding, piston connecting rod, cylinder liner, oil sump and injector including replacement of worn out spare i.e, cylinder liner with 'O' ring, Piston assembly, connectin rod, large end bearing pair, valve seat, valve guide, FIP element, lubricant oil pump, gasket for cylinder, set of O rings, Set of hose pipes,fuel pipes nozzle calibration, FIP caliberation, water pump assembly etc and reassembling the complete engine all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to DG Set enigne upto six cylinder of capacity upto 100 KVA to 125 KVA by dismantling/strip opening of the DG Set for overhauling by removing the cylinder head assembly including facing and grinding, piston connecting rod, cylinder liner, oil sump and injector including replacement of worn out spare i.e, cylinder Iiner with 'O' ring, Piston assembly, connectin rod, large end bearing pair, valve seat, valve guide, FIP element, lubricant oil pump, gasket for cylinder, set of O rings, Set of hose pipes, fuel pipes nozzle calibration, FIP caliberation, water pump assembly etc and reassembling the complete engine all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing on load changeover switch Range 200A, 415V, 4P, confirming to IEC 60947-3, IS/IEC 60947-3 Conforms to Staggered terminals, Site convertible fuse version for open execution Flip-able handle above 400A Interchangeable dual shaft position with site convertibility along with SS enclosure version require separate cable gland box complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repairing/replacement of wiring of panel of DG set of any capacity, with spare parts like relay, contactor switch, indication lamp, wire thimble etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing/replacement of MCCB as thermal megnatic adjustable type of LT panel of DG set of 400 Amp 36 KA complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing/replacement of MCCB as thermal megnatic adjustable type of LT panel of DG set of 250Amp 25 KA complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing/replacement of MCCB as thermal megnatic adjustable type of LT panel of DG set of 200 Amp 25 KA complete all as specified and as directed.
