Outsourcing for operation and maintenance of following AC/Air Cooling plants in three shift per day (each shift of 8 hrs continuous duration) in Military Hospital (MH) at Army Area at Jodhpur:- (i) AC Plant central type of Capcity 2 x7.5 TR (Cold Storage) ( ii ) Package type AC plant of capacity 3 X10 TR (iii) Central AC plant (scroll type compressor) of cap 3 x 37 TR (2 x 37 TR working and 1 x 37 TR stand by) Note: All plants are situated in same location hence the rate quoted for M&O shall be inclusive for all plants as a whole. Note :- (i) The cost of following work deemed to be included in quoted rate by the contractor, no extra payment will be made- Daily checks should be done as per OEM recommendations and make the plant neat and clean during contract period round the clock at MH (old) including the following:- Maintaining the plants in serviceable condition round the clock comprising of compressors, motors, condenser, chillers, AHU's refrigerant piping control, pumps, water supply pipe line and controls, cooling towers, electricals SF/FS panel instruments, starters,strip, heaters and provn of control cabling/wiring all as specified and directed by EIC for smooth and efficient performance of AC plant to achieve desired inside condition through out the year. Following AC plant /Air cooling plants to be maintained : (ii) AC Plant central type of capacity 2 x 7.5 TR (Cold Storage) (ii) Package type AC Plant of cap 20 TR comprising of three units of 10 TR each, one unit as standby . (iii) Central AC plant (scroll type compressor) of cap 3 x 37 TR (2 x 37 TR working and 1 x 37 TR stand by) (iv) All consumablesrequired like compressor oil for top up, lubricant oil, grease, fan- belts, nuts, bolts etc, rectification of minor leakage in refrigerant pipeline,cooling towers, repair to control wiring in control panels, adjustment of grills and minor repair to grills to achieve proper flow of conditioned air will be provided by ccontractor and the cost of the material shall deemed to be included in quoted rate, no extra payment will be made. (iii) Contractor will ensured the duty of person and running the plant during extreme condition like lockdown/emergency (iv) Contractor will maintained the plant and equipment in hegeinic condition as per DOPT rules for covid-19 like sanetising the plant, providing PPE kit, Sanitizer, Thermal detecotr etc . (v) The hyginic condition will be maint in the installation round the CA period. (vi) Due to any inspections of AC plant, contractor should be responsible to layout of all display boards & tables and complete area cleaning without any extra cost and complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) Package type AC plant of capacity, 10 TR (Three units of 5 TR each & one unit as 50% stand by). Note: Both plants are situated in same location hence the rate quoted for M&O shall be inclusive for both plants as a whole. Note :- (i) The cost of following work and material shall deemed to be included in quoted rate by the contractor, no extra payment will be made- Daily checks should be done as per OEM recommendations and make the plant neat and clean during contract period round the clock at Signal Centre including:- (a) Maintaining the plants in serviceable condition round the clock including day to day cleaning, replacement of consumable parts such as fan belt, lubricating oil, grease, etc incl. rectification of minor leakage in refrigerant pipeline,cooling towers, repair to control wiring in control panels, adjustment of grills and minor repair to grills to achieve proper flow of conditioned air as directed by EIC for smooth and efficient performance of AC plant to achieve desired inside condition through out the year. for central type AC plant of cap. 10 TR comprising of three units of 5 TR each, one unit as 50% stand by and Package type AC plant of capacity, 10 TR (Three units of 5 TR each & one unit as stand by) (ii) Contractor will ensured the duty of person and running the plant during extreme condition like lockdown/emergency (iii) Contractor will maintained the plant and equipment in hegeinic condition as per DOPT rules for covid-19 like sanetising the plant, providing PPE kit, Sanitizer, Thermal detecotr etc . Central AC plant comprising of compressors, motors, condenser, chillers, AHU's refrigerant piping control, pumps, water supply pipe line and controls, cooling towers, electricals SF/FS panel instruments, starters,strip, heaters and provn of control cabling/wiring all as specified and directed by EIC for smooth and efficient performance of AC plant to achieve desired inside condition through out the year.following AC plant /Air cooling plants to be maintained : (b) AC Plant central type of Capacity 70 TR working and 35 TR as stand by comprising of three units of 35 TR each. Out sourcing for Maintenance and operation of AC plant in two shift per day (each shift of 8 hrs continuous duration) in Auditorium (KACH) in Army Area at Jodhpur:- (a) Central AC plant Screw type of Capacity 240 TR (Two units of 120 TR each ). Note :- The cost of following work deemed to be included in quoted rate by the contractor, no extra payment will be made- (i) Daily checks should be done as per OEM recommendations and make the plant neat and clean during contract period round the clock of capacity 2X120 TR at Konark Auditorium Army Area Jodhpur. Central AC plant comprising of compressors, motors, condenser, chillers, AHU's refrigerant piping control, pumps, water supply pipe line and controls, cooling towers, electricals SF/FS panel instruments, starters,strip, heaters and provn of control cabling/wiring all as specified and directed by EIC for smooth and efficient performance of AC plant to achieve desired inside condition through out the year.following AC plant /Air cooling plants to be maintained : (i) AC Plant central type of Capacity. 240 TR comprising of two units of 120 TR each units. (ii) All consumablesrequired compressor oil for top up, lubricant oil, grease, fan- belts, nuts, bolts etc, rectification of minor leakage in refrigerant pipeline,cooling towers, repair to control wiring in control panels, adjustment of grills and minor repair to grills to achieve proper flow of conditioned air will be provided by ccontractor and the cost of the material shall deemed to be included in quoted rate, no extra payment will be made. Out Sourcing for the Maintenance and operation for AC plants in one shift per day for 8 hrs continuous duration in 255 Workshop at Army Area at Jodhpur reciprocating (open) type AC plant of capacity 22.5 TR (Two units of 22.5 TR each ) and AC plant of capacity 7.5 TR Package type at Zonal workshop Army Area Jodhpur Note: Both plants are situated within 01 kM and will be operated by same operator hence the rate quoted for M&O shall be inclusive for both plants as a whole. Note :- (A) The cost of following work deemed to be included in quoted rate by the contractor, no extra payment will be made- (i) Daily checks should be done as per OEM recommendations and make the plant neat and clean during contract period round the clock of capacity 2X22.5 TR at 255 Workshop and 7.5 TR package type at Zonal Workshop Central AC plant comprising of compressors, motors, condenser, chillers, AHU's refrigerant piping control, pumps, water supply pipe line and controls, cooling towers, electricals SF/FS panel instruments, starters,strip, heaters and provn of control cabling/wiring all as specified and directed by EIC for smooth and efficient performance of AC plant to achieve desired inside condition through out the year.following AC plant /Air cooling plants to be maintained : (i) AC Plant central type of Capacity 2 x 22.5 TR reciprocating compressor type (ii) 01 x 7.5 TR package type. (iii) All consumablesrequired compressor oil for top up, lubricant oil, grease, fan- belts, nuts, bolts etc, rectification of minor leakage in refrigerant pipeline,cooling towers, repair to control wiring in control panels, adjustment of grills and minor repair to grills to achieve proper flow of conditioned air will be provided by ccontractor and the cost of the material shall deemed to be included in quoted rate, no extra payment will be made. Note :- (B) (i) Contractor will ensured the duty of person and running the plant during extreme condition like lockdown/emergency (ii) Contractor will maintained the plant and equipment in hegeinic condition as per DOPT rules for covid-19 like sanetising the plant, providing PPE kit, Sanitizer, Thermal detecotr etc . (iii) The hyginic condition will be maint in the installation round the CA period. (iv) Due to any inspections of AC plant, contractor should be responsible to layout of all display boards & tables and complete area cleaning without any extra cost and complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. General/Comman Note For Serial Item No 1 to 5:- The operating staff shall maintain the following neatly (a) Daily Log Sheet as per Performa given by Engineer in charge. (b) A register of record of periodical check points (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, Half yearly, Yearly) carried out date wise as per OEM recommendation and will be signed by the contractor and Engineer-in-charge all necessary stationary shall be provided by contractor without any additional cost to the Govt. (c)Operation of plant as well as cleaning of installation and their premises up to 50 Mtrs (d) AC plant in operating state will be handed over to the contractor at the commencement of the contract through WO. (e) All instruments/equipments/Tools and measuring instruments to check for repair/replacement are to be provided by the contractor. (f) wall mounting watch and first Aid box will be provided by contractor in each plant (j) Necessary T&P required such as insulated cutting plier, screw driver, double ended and Panner set, adjustable wrench, Clamp meter, insulation tape, Pipe wrench etc. ( k) The contractor should be followed all safety features & provide safety equipments to operators without extra cost of GOV. (l) OPerator should have experience of any HVAC certified company/Refrigerating Mech with ITI certificate. (m) Any breakdown occur in the plant due to negligency/fault of operator shall be charged to the contractor.
