Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar 1:6 after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in Superstructure with all necessary projections using Fly ash bricks of 10 inch size having a crushing strength of not less than 35 kg per Sq.cm including splays cutting circular moulding, chamfering, corbelling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with and royalities etc. complete in all respect.

R.C.C. (M 20) using 20mm and 10mm size crusher broken Chips including cost, conveyance, royalty taxesof all materials, labour and T&P require for the work etc. complete with cost of centring & shutterign etc. a) Lintel

Supplying and Straightening bent up or coiled rods, cutting, bending, crancking hooking welding or jointing (if required) the Tor Steel of SAIL/ RINL/ TATA/JINDAL/ SHYAM STEEL make with binding wires and binding tying the grills, hoisting, lowering & placing in proper position as required for all types of R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance of steel and binsding wire of of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all floors (weight of binding wires will not be considered for payment , and payment will be made on weight of Tor Steel Only.

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all height after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, with cost of all labour, T&P and scaffolding required for the work etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all height after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, with cost of all labour, T&P and scaffolding required for the work etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer

Supplying of M.S. Grill/shutter of approved quality and design to windows and openings & stair case railing and parapet railings etc. including making holes in walls and RCC structures or wood work etc. in proper position making good the damages of walls or RCC or other structures complete including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in choukaths with cost and conveyance of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work and royalties etc. complete ( including screws) in all respect in all floors.
