Notes:- i) All debris,unserviceable items shall be removed from site and deposited at dumping area inside INA area upto a distance of 3.00 Kms where directed. Loading, unloading, staking and transportation charges are included in relevent items of taking down or demolition / dismatling. ii) The work shall be executed on sloped roof/ flat roof upto a height of 18m. Contractor should ensure the safety of labour and should adhere to the safety precautions while working in elevated places/ roof tops. iii) Old MP tiles & ridges obtained from item No.1 shall be re-fixed at any other buildings roof upto a distance of 3KM. Transportation charges are included against relevant item for fixing. iv) Contractor should submit guarantee of 5 years for waterproofing treatment on roof surfaces done using Dr Fixit roof seal classic water proofing coat vide item no 7 and water proofing treatment on external surfaces using Dr Fixit Rain coat vide item no 11. v) Cost of all these above factors are deemed to be included in the quoted rate and nothing extra is entertained on this account.

Dismantling single layer of mangalore pattern tiles in roofing/ ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work/aluminium sections of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel/PVC sheeting of any gauge, thickness,including Nainital or similiar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre over existing RCC roof complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 using water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete and finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for two coats Dr Fixit roof seal classic water proofing coat at the rate of application of 2 - 2.2 Sqm/Litre/each coat over a coat of self priming at the rate of application of 9-10 sqm/litre/coat complete as per manufacturer instruction and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Item shall be executed through authorised applicator of Dr fixit and contractor has to submit necessary documents of applicators duly authorised by Dr Fixit.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- ROFFEE HYPROOF of Roffee construction chemicals pvt.ltd/ Conplast PROLAPIN 421 IC of FOSROC chemicals / Dr Fixit Pidiproof LW+.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ PCC block wall or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or stone work concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and applying two coats of Dr Fixit Rain coat at rate of application of 2-2.50 sqm /litre/coat Dr fixit prime seal diluted with water by vol in the ratio 2:1 (2 parts primer and one part water) and allowing the primer coat to dry for 2-3 hours on external wall/ Chajja/ Roof projection etc complete all as specified and as per manufacturers instructions. Note:- Item shall be executed through authorised applicator of Dr fixit and contractor has to submit necessary documents of applicators duly authorised by Dr Fixit.

M&L for cement mortar fillets/ reapers at spacing as per size of manglore tiles in CM 1:2 for fixing manglore tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fixing of roof tiles mangalore pattern interlocking tiles any size as directed laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.13 above but fixed with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-fixing roof tiles laid dry mangalore pattern interlocking tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ridge or hip tiles to suit mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in lime mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of MP roof tile surfaces by cleaning the tiles and applying two coats of antifungal tile guard paint of approved colour complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling and levelling course complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of roof surface by thoroughly wire brushed, washed, dried up, cleaned of all the foreign matter and dust, and applying bituminous primer @ 250 gms/sqm, and then laying 4mm thick APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyester matt as reinforcement weighting not less than 4.00Kg per sqm, laid on primed surface with torch application method by providing overlap minimum 100mm on logitudinal and 150mm on transerve direction. All angles and similar projections should be sealed well with extra care to ensure full bondage, all joints and changes in direction should be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR Latex @ 200ml/bag of cement complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old membrane/ treatment.

M&L for applying one coat of solar reflective aluminium paint over APP roof membrane including preparation of old/new roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Clay terracotta ceiling tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed at any height. Note:- The quoted rates is deemed to be inclusive of necessary scoffolding also.

S&F 0.5 mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,ridge etc fixed with self tapping screws, rivetting with existing roof sheets/ valley gutters, bolting on to parepat walls etc complete all as specified and as directed at any height. Note:- The quoted rates is deemed to be inclusive of necessary scoffolding also.

S&F MS steel work in tubular sections (Circular/Square/ Rectangular) as in post, trusses, brackets, purlins, rafters etc., conforming to IS 1161-1998 grade St-240 for hollow tubes including necessary welding etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 2 mm thick polycarbonate sheet crystal type fixed with coach screw and washer in roof/wall etc and jointing with suitable strip as per manufacturer's instruction complete as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20mm thick / 30 cm x 30 cm x 20 mm thick machine pressed in accessable roof with mixture of grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling old tiles.

M&L for scrapping down the existing treatment on walls by rubbing,washing etc and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion interior grade over a coat of primer over three coat of putty mixed with Dr Fixit 302 super latex over a coat of asian paints smart care damp proof as thick paste complete all as specified by manufacturer.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks, setting aside for making roof repairs, cleaning etc., and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position of capacity exc 250 & n.exc 500 lit complete all as specified and as directed including taking down and re-fixing of float valve.
