Errection of tubular pole of length exceeding 10 M but not exceeding 12M in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominalsize) foundation including excavation & refilling etc as required. (9) no. in Sarubera feeder and 3 no. in Ara feeder)

Supply of chanel Iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 Kg/m) cross arm for two 11 KV O.H. line conductor complete with 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm X 6 mm MS flat iron clamp bolts and nuts including drilling of holes for insulators, pins, bolts & nuts etc

Supplying of 50 mm X 8 mm M.S. flat iron pole top bracket/ cross arm for single 11/22/33 KV over head line conductor complete with fixing clamps, bolts, nuts and washers drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm(7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded onone side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the otherside for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes forinsulator pins/fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing)and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing FRLSarne workfor 11 KV over head line double pole structure having four membersfabricated out of 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 1400 mm wic X 2500 mm height complete with 50 mr X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts andnuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc(as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Errection of All alluminium conductor of 7/3.4 to 7/4.0 mm dia and above including binding etc as required. New erection in Sarubera feeder + Ara Kanta Feeder = 150Mtrs. X 8 span = 1200 Mtrs. And re-erection of conductor at all points where disk insulator will be replaced- 11 Span x 150 mtrs. 1650Mtrs., Total length = 2850 Mtrs.

Errection of All alluminium conducior of 7/3.4 to 7/4.0 mm dia and above including binding etc as required. Erection of rabbit conductor for earth continuity. Total span length =50 Mtrs. X 8 span = 400 Mtrs.

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required. 3 nos. cross arm on TP, 3 nos. cross arm on DP, 3 nos. cross arm on SP, 3 nos. cross bress on TP, 3 nos. cross bress on DP and 2 no of cross arm for GOAE

Supplying and erection of bow stay set complete (galvanised) with 19/20m dia X1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate ofsize 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle(20 mm x 60 cm ), 7/4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1.3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundationincluding excavation and refilling and also with 0.6 m long traceof size 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron with 50 mm dia pulleyfixed at one end of the brace as required. Supply and errection of 11 KV Disc insulator for 11 KV O.H. line with galvanised insulator fittings ball & socket type and complete with strain clamps, bolts, nuts etc as req. (30 No. for, double disc system in newly erected poles and 48 nos, for converting existing single disc system into double disc in Ideal 3.3KV line)

Dismantling of pole/street light standard/strut embeded in cement concrete etc as req.

Dismantling of O.H. lines comprising of copper/ alluminium O.H. conductor Gl wire, cross arms, insulator etc as req.

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed; within a lead of 50 metres.. For Structure - 1 Mtr x 0.3 Mtr x 0.3 Mtrs x 6 = 0.54 Cu.Mtrs.
