Demolition of brick /stone work , built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc including demolition of precast RCC articles and disposal of debris out of MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete or lime concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and Pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level ) and removing the debris outside defence land complete all as specified and directed .

Excavation over areas,n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm, in hard/ dense complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Walling of Random rubble stone masonary, uncoused, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Only dressed stone shall be used for masonry having any depression on face not more than 40mm. The rates for hammer dressing shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

All as per serial item No 07 above but except stone and built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed NOTE:- The old dressed stone obtained from demolition shall be reused as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching, bed plates, copings and the like including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre cast cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6 in bond stone for stone masonry and the like including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- The quantity of PCC bond stone shall be deducted from stone masonry items above.

M&L Flush pointing in cement mortar 1:4 to random rubble stone masonry ,uncoursed or brought upto courses surfaces including racking out joints and hacking for key and wasging the surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly as in back of wall and raising (or Lowering) to required level, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR) pipes single socket in any length as in weep holes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete1:2:4 type B-I as in surface channels and drains including all necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.
