M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

Supply, install, testing and commissioining of HT 11 KV, 3 phase, 50Hz, totally enclosed metal clad SF6 switchgear having rupturing capacity upto 630 Amps, outdoor type Non-Extensible fixed type (IP 54) , RMU (Ring main unit) 4-way comprising of 02 Nos 630 Amps, manually operated load break switch & 02 Nos. manual charging fixed-type vacuum circuit breaker, inside robotically welded stainless steel 34 Non Fertile nonmagnetic grade) tank having min. thickness 2.5 mm with IP 67 Degree of protection and enhanced BIL of 75 kVp internally to manage voltage surges. RMU shall be provided with internal busbars, as well as earthing busbars of electrolytic grade copper, padlock provision & complete with all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for internal arc test of AFL 21kA/1 sec for tank as per IEC62271-200. RMU shall reparability features such as site replaceable bushing/coupling/mechanism and gas refilling at site. The earthing busbar shall be provided inside each cable compartment for solid earthing of Cable sheilds. The outer hinged main door should cover entire front of switchgear including cable doors for providing fall-safe protection. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting as required at site. (a) 02 Nos, Incoming and outgoing load break switch module consisting of following accessories : (i) 11 KV, 630A load break switch module and integrated earthing switch, both with full making capacity. (ii) Short time current-21kA/3-sec, making capacity-52kAP (iii) Auxiliary contacts-1NO + 1NC (iv) Fault pass Indicator-1 NO, for incoming LBS (v) Spring-assisted snap-action mechanism driven via shaft that remains un-inhabited after motorization, if required in future. (vi) Cable boxes with double-door arrangement for enhanced safety (IP54+IP3X) interlocked to prevent access to 3Cx300sqmm XLPE AL cable termination in live condition. Right angle boots (push on type)

(vii) Suitable site replaceable cable bushings situated not beyond 300mm from cable-cover to allow ease of access for installation/testing/replacement purposes. (viii) Cable covers with self Interlocking mechanism with earth switch. (ix) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system as per IEC61243 (b) 02 Nos, 0utgoing breaker module consisting of following accessories : (i) 11 KV, 630A fixed type vacuum circuit breaker module for making and breaking of fault current alongwith disconnector+Earth switch, of full making capacity. (ii) Short time current-21kA/3-sec, making capacity-52kAP (iii) Auxiliary contacts-1NO + 1NC (iv) Stored energy mechanism with manual spring-charging, associated closing/tripping coils, integrated non-removable spring-charging operating handle and ON/OFF push buttons mechanically latched to the mechanism interlocked Cable box for front termination of the cable suitable upto 3 core 300 Sqmm, 11 KV XLPE cable with double-door arrangement (IP54+IP3x). Safety interlocked to prevent access to cable termination in live-condition. (v) Right angle boots (push on type) (vi) Numerical based self-powered OC+EF protection Relay, providing over current (min. setting 20%), Earth-Fault (min. setting: 10%) (vii) 03 Nos 100/1, 2.5VA epoxy insulated, ring core CTs for protection (Acc, CI.5P10), installed away from bushings to prevent saturation of core. (viii) Suitable site replaceable cable bushings situated not beyond 300mm from cable-cover to allow ease of access for installation/testing/replacement purposes. (ix) Cable covers with self Interlocking mechanism between doors, earth switch, disconnector & VCB. (x) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system (xi) Mechanical indications for breaker ON, OFF, EARTH, TRIP, Spring Charged-Discharged.

(c) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type VPIS 9-15 kV (d) Necessary interlocking arrangement for safety and operations (e) One No. operating handle for Manual operation and one no. manometer. (f) Safety Interlocks shall be provided as per relevant IEC/IS standards and Manufacturer’s directions. (g) Above switchgear shall confirm to all relevant IEC/IS standards. (h) Vacuum interrupter shall be of same make as RMU (j) Cable bushing shall be of replacable at site. (k) Minimum 5 module should accommodate in one tank to avoid multiple coupling at site.
