Dismenteling old broken fully damaged HT gear (service voltage 11kv) having one incommer and two outgoing total three chamber type gear along with cables by removing it parts by parts or whole in proper way and stacking it properly as per direction of EIC

Dismenteling old partially damaged metal body type LT panel by disconnecting incomming and outgoing cables in proper way having incomming 400-600A and outgoings 315A (3nos), 200A(1 no),100A(1 no),32A(2 nos.) by removing it parts by parts or whole and stacking it properly as per direction of EIC

Supply of 11 KV unearth (UE) XLPE HT cable .(Approved make as per EIC) 3 Core x 185 sq.mm

Supply of 1.1 KV grade XLPE armoured type following size of cable (Make Gloster / Polycabe /RR kabel) 4 core 300 sqmm

3.5 core 240 sqmm

3.5 core 185 sqmm

3.5 core 150 sqmm

3.5 core 50 sqmm

3.5 core 25 sqmm

4 core 16 sqmm

Laying of one cable upto 150 sqmm through existing covered masonry trench incl. taking out RC covers,setting them in order, mending good the damages filling the trench with fine dry sand incl. supplying sand [4(a ) /F-3]

Laying of one cable above 150 sqmm and upto 300 sqmm through existing covered masonry trench incl. taking out RC covers,setting them in order, mending good the damages filling the trenchwith fine dry sand incl. supplying sand [4(b ) /F-3]

Charge for making heat shrinkable joints to the ends of 11 KV UE 3 core 185 sqmm XLPE HT cable at the HT gear and transformer ends with necy. jointing kits, sockets, sleeves, anti-corrossive paste, wires, solders, jointing compounds, rubber sheets etc. incl. supplying of necy. tools & tackeles for crimping the end sockets, soldering irons & making of glands at the both end of the cable as per directions of EIC(Make : Raychem / M -seal) [NS]

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as bellow For 4 core upto 16 sqmm [7(c)/F-4]

SITC of Indoor-type, floor mounted, metal clad, single panel, fully compartmentalized, free standing, Air insulated VCB, with Autoreclosing, System voltage : 11kV ± 5%, 50 Hz ± 5%, 3 Phase, Rated voltage : 12kV, Rated Current : 630A @ 40 °C ambient with 1 Nos VCBs (1 Incomer ), totally enclosed and fully interlocked , horizontal drawout, horizontal / vertical isolation type breaker as per IS 13188, as ammended upto date and as per detail specification attached (uploaded in the specification section) , [ Make : ABB / Siemens / CGL/Pascal ].

SITC of floor mounted Indoor type extensible cubical LV switchboard, fabricated by CPRI approved panel maker having compartmentalized design, fabricated out of 14 SWG ( 2.0 mm ) nominal thickness CRCA sheet steel,front and back openable, hinged, single shuttered, with 415V 630A FP MDO type incoming ACBs & Outgoing main switch and all accessories as per size, design & drawing to be approved by EIC and conforming to IS with latest modification and as per detail specification attached (uploaded in the specification section) [LT MAIN PANEL IN THE SUBSTATION]

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. For Soft Soil [1(a)/G-1]

Earthing with 80 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 65 mm x 8 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 80 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts [2(e)/G-1]

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earthelectrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep(below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6)of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CIhinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe. Extra for connecting the neutral of Transformer/Earth busbar to earth electrode including S & F Galvanized (Hot Dip) Steel strip 65 mm x 8 mm on wall/floor with GI saddles & insulating the same by one layer of PVC strip over one layer of ampere tape [6(d)/G-3]

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar incl. S & F 50 mm x 6 mm Galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddle as required and connection to equipments with incl.drilling holes, bolts, nuts,washers etc. [5('e)/G-3]

Supply and fixing Rubber Mat (Best quality ISI approved) of size 4 ft. x 2 ft. x ½ inch. thick on floor of 11 KV Sub-station. [NS]
