Supply and fitting 32A 415V Kitkat type fuse unit in the existing fuse box and giving connections.

Supply,installation, testing and commissioning of 30 KVA/24KW Silent type DG Set with AMF , 40 BHP, 3 Cylinder, 1500 RPM, Turbo Charged, Mechanical Governor, Electric Start, fuel tank coupled with 30 KVA, 415 Volt, Three Phase, 1500 RPM, 50 Hz Alternator along with AMF Control Panel consisting of MCB, battery charger and other standard accessories. Air Cooled, and AMF Control Panel fitted In Acoustic Enclosure . Pressure Charged Diesel Engine and Alternator shall be closely coupled or provided with Flexible Coupling and mounted on a Base Plate of Robust In Construction. Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) Control Panel, where applicable, shall be able to start up the DG set and transfer the Load On to the DG Set on mains failure without requiring any human intervention. Similarly on restoration of mains supply it shall be able to transfer the load to mains supply and switch off the DG Set automatically. Control Panel should have protection against under voltage, over voltage, under frequency, over frequency, Low Battery Voltage, Over Current, Earth fault, Short Circuit, Phase Sequence Change Etc.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.l strip on surface or in recess and 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.l. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.l. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Earthing with G.l. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry 'enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply and laying 1.5 sqmm 4 core PVC /XLPE insulated armoured control cable with copper conductors and suitable glands for working voltages up to and including 1100 volts conforming IS 1584/part I/ 1988 for PVC IS 7098 part I for XLPE etc complete. (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supply 35 sq.mm 4 core PVC/XLPE insulated armoured cable with aluminium conductors and suitable glands for working voltages up to and including 1100 volts conforming IS 1584/part I/1988 for PVC IS 7098 part I for XLPE etc complete.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Providing foundation for DG of size 2750x1650x300mm ( 300mm above GL) in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm broken stone and base course of foundation CC1:4:8 including earth work excavation of size 3000x1900x300mm , cost of materials and labour charge etc complete.

Fabricating shed using 3 mtrs hight of 50 mm dia GI pipe(medium class) for pillers (4Nos) and steel truss work with round, square or rectangular hollow tubes and smooth finishing 2 coat painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand after priming coat of approved steel primer. Roofing with GI hard colour powder coated trafford sheets 0.35mm thick with all acessories.including all meterial chare and labour charge etc complete.
