Excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kind of soil in all leads and lifts such as pick work, jumper work in saturated /un saturated soil including bailing out water, blasting work in hard/soft rock or chiseling in hard/soft rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts stacking the excavated earth more than 3mtr.clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement: 3sand: 6 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering including all leads and lifts. a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1 ½ :3(1cement:1 ½ sand:3graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including all leads and lifts:

Foundations, footings, basis of columns & the like and mass concrete.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Suspended floors, roofs, landing, shelves and their supports baconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two levels.

Providing Mild/TOR steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending, binding & placing in position complete up to floor two level (TOR/Mild steel ) in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including all leads and lifts complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness)portions and the like including attached pilaster buttresses plinth and string course and the like

Flat surface such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like: Floors etc. up to 200mm in thickness within all leads and lifts

Providing and laying No fine cement Concrete 1:4 (1cement:4 grades stone aggregate 20mm N /S) and curing complete excluding cost of from work & reforcment for reinforced concrete work.

Laying and jointing of G.I. pipes in trenches including refilling and testing etc. complete with fitting of various dia with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) 40 mm dia (LG).

Providing and Fixing Gun metal Wheel valve (with hand wheel) as per I.S.specification of relevent code of following dia. in all respect as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts. 65mm dia.

Inlet, Outlet & Scour 40 mm dia.

Providing and Fixing (SFRC) manhole cover and frame conforming ot IS-code and specification of size 560mm diameter complete in all respect.

Laying and jointing of G.I. pipes in trenches including refilling and testing etc. complete with fitting of various dia with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) 20 mm dia (LG).

Providing and Fixing brass full way valve (with hand wheel) including all leads and lifts complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
