WORK OF STRENGTHENING OF 33 KV MAIN BUS BAR AT 132 KV S/S BACHRAUN, UNDER ETD-AMROHA.

WORK A) Following works are to be carried out at 132 KV S/S Bachraun for strengthening of 33 KV Bus Bar

Cutting/opening of panther Conductor jumper of each phase of existing 33 KV main bus to bus isolator shifting of material from site to store.

Dismantling of existing single moose conductor of each phase of 33 KV main bus & shifting of the recovered material from site to store. There are 02 Nos section having 03 Nos conductors in each section.

Stringing of Twin moose conductor of each phase of 33 KV main bus with the help of single tension twin moose fitting along with spaces, bolting of disc insulators and other hardware at both ends of span & proper sagging including cutting, bending of conductor & shifting of the material from store to site.

Reconnection of twin panther/moose jumper of each phase of 33 KV main bus to bus isolator including cutting bending of conductor along with spares for shifting of material from store to site.

Fixing of 33 KV section isolator 2000 Amp at 33 KV main bus for shifting and dividing the 33 KV main bus in two section by opening the existing jumpers between two sections of 33 KV main bus at that place where fixing the section isolator. Completion the work by making and fixing the new jumpers between main bus and section Isolator both section of main bus. Also including the earthing of Isolator with earth rod by using 50x6mm MS Strip.

Bolted type Single tension fitting for twin moose conductor without turnbuckle.

Bolted type Single suspension fitting for twin moose conductor with turnbuckle.

Spacer for twin moose conductor for 250 mm spacing.

Spacer for twin Panther conductor for 100 mm spacing.

Four Bolted type PG Clamp Moose to Moose Conductor.

Four Bolted type PG Clamp Moose to Panther Conductor

Three Bolted type PG Clamp Panther to Panther Conductor.

Supply of Isolator Clamp for twin Panther Conductor.

Supply of CT Clamp for twin Panther Conductor

Supply of CB Clamp for twin Panther Conductor

Supply of Isolator Clamp twin Moose Conductor

Supply of L-Clamp suitable for section Isolator
