RequiredIf Bidder is authorized dealer, should furnish valid authorization letter/Certificate from manufacturer of the C.R.I.Pumps.

RequiredIf Bidder is supplier, should furnish authorization letter/Certificate from manufacturer of the subject materials (make:C.R.I pumps) duly incorporating the tender notice details.

RequiredIn case the bidder fails to furnish the authorization letter/certificate from the manufacturer of C.R.I. Pumps:

Requireda) The bid shall be considered for regular supplier to TGGENCO/Govt./PSU, subject to the satisfactory performance of recently executed POs related to supply of C.R.I.Pumps and it shall be at the sole discretion of TGGENCO.

Requiredb) The bidder shall furnish undertaking to produce interchangeability certificate and Guarantee certificate from the OEM. Otherwise, the bid shall be liable for rejection.

RequiredCopies of executed orders (or) performance certificate issued within the last 5 years (FY 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-26) or latest for supply of similar Pumps/Motors of reputed make, to power utilities/Govt. organiz/ Public Sector under taking organiz/reputed private organizations, clearly showing the name of the firm, PO date and description of the material etc

RequiredThe bidder shall furnish the detailed specifications of the offered material along with make, model and relevant product literature/catalogue and quality certifications, conforming with the tender specifications.

OptionalAll relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation. If schedules are not uploaded, it will be construed that the bidder complies fully with tender specification and accepted TGGENCO terms & conditions.
