Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including ,removing demilished material from the premises of MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M & L for Removing excavated materialls and depositing at a distance n. exc 50 Mtr at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S & F of mild steel work as in, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe – 290 Gde E -165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., including provision of binding wire.

M&L for removal of vegitation growth and bushes etc n.exc. 30cm girth including cutting of trunk portion, protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50m and clearing the site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates any description complete all as specified.

S F for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm in width or girth apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any descripton over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint First quality all as specified and directed .

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves etc.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs and similar work not exce 200 mm thick, rough finished flat surface of concrete

M&L for mild steel TMT bars10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally & binding with and in including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in Ground floors and paving n.exe 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) including removal of rubbish out side complex (MOD land), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing /footpath

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.
