Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs of any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F interlocking aluminium power coated snap grid consists of main Tee runners of size 38mm x 25mm x 1.00 mm spaced 1200mm centre to centre and cross Tee of size 25mm x 25mm x1.00mm, 1200 long spaced between the main Tee at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200mm x 600mm and provide a secondary cross Tee 25mm x 25mm x 1.4mm (of length 600mm) to be interlocked of the centre of 1200mm x 600mm panel to form a grid of 600mm x 600mm and wall angle 25mm x 25mm x 1.5mm . S&F PVC Eaves board 250 mm width , 18 mm thick, jointing with solvent cement and fixed with stainless steel screw complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but excluding backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including mixing of WPC as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F for glazed ceramic coloured/printed tiles of size 300x200x6 to 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados fixed over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1: 4), set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of spoils/ demolished materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection/footpath, finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, laid in alternate bays, joints between panels & wall shall be filled with mastic filling of sand & bitumen 85/25 grade using 3 part of dry sand and one part of bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) of length exc 22.5 cm and n exc 30cm long, dia of neck 16 to 20mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel and iron surfaces, exceeding 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

E/M WORKS:- Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance not exc 50.00 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point , complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cast iron Sluice valve 100mm (4") PN 1:6 conforming to IS-1538, with bronze rings and SS Spindle, both ends flanged fixed to existing line, after taking down old unserviceable sluice valve without damaging to existing pipe line, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
