REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF SWIMMING POOL, STP, STAND BY SUPPLY, VOLTAGE STABILIZER, MECHANICAL LAUNDRY PLANT, BOILER, OIL FIRE INCINERATOR AND FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM WITH ALLIED WORKS AT SAA UNDER GE (S) TEZPUR

Material and labour to lifting and lowering to non-clog sewage submersible pump set of capacity 20 to 27 HP from sewage well / collection chamber including disconnecting electric connection carefully from panel board, bolts nuts washers, rubber gasket etc with supply and fixing new nutt, bolts, washer, rubber gasket all other necessary site required work for making functional to submersible pump motor set of following capacity. Note:- Quoted rate shall deemed to be included cost of (i) Required size and quantity of nut, bolts, washers and gasket. (ii) Required tools and plants shall be arrange by contractor. (iii) Repair of motor/pump/submersible cable shall be measured and paid under relevant item of schedule.

Labour for de-coupling, dismantling of non-clog sewage submersible motor body carefully set of capacity 20 to 27 HP and transportation to workshop for repair, dismantling the pump set by hydraulic jack, complete segregation of the pump and motor, checking the pump and motor thoroughly,removing the defective parts,re-assembling the pump set in the respective sewage well / collection chamber complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Repair of pump will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for cutting and removing the burnt windings of non-clog sewage submersible pump set of capacity 20 to 27 HP and rewinding the same above items using existing size /gauge/ qty of insulated supperior quality water proof copper winding wire of suitable size/gauge and nos of turns using insulating materials and non-clog submersible copper cable in suitable size required Lenght outside minimum 1.5 Mtrs, re-assembling ,full load testing, heating, drying , varnishing, overhauling,re-installation, commissioning, testing and connecting up complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Necessary testing shall be done by contractor after lowering in borewell at site. (ii) Quoted rate are included cost of cutting, removing, welding of motor body for making functional of pump set.

Taking out of centrifugal pump set of capacity 1 to 10 HP from foundation after disconnecting from suction and delivery pipe and including transportation to workshop for repair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for re-winding to burnt out centrifugal motor body primary winding as same in existing size/guage/no of turns/qty or insulation etc using superior quality water proof copper winding wire and including re assembling, full load testing, heating, drying varnishing, overhulling, re installation, commisioning, testing and connecting up of motor 10 HP,3 Ph, 415 Volt complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Necessary testing shall be done by contractor after connection at site. (ii) Quoted rate are included cost of cutting, removing, welding of motor body for making functional of pump.

All as per item No 5 here-in-before but capacity of motor 7.5 HP , 3 Ph, 415 Volt .

S & F in replacement of Pump shaft stainless steel sleev suitable size for 20 to 27 HP submersibale pump complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of Impeller gunmetal/Brass of suitable for 20 HP to 27HP submersible pumps complete all as specified and directed.
