Shifting and reinstallation of 02 Nos. 100 KVA DG Set with other accessories from Kumbha Water Pump House to Salganga Water Pump House

Dismantling, Loading & Shifting of following equipment’s from Kumbha Pump House to AAI Store Room up to a distance of 10 KM using hydraulic machinery. Job includes dismantling of all existing LT cables/glands, earth strip/wire, water pipeline etc with proper dismantle tools without damaging the equipments etc. complete as per the site requirement. (a) 100 KVA DG Set = 02 Nos. (b) LT Panel of size upto (L= 1.90 mtr x B=0.70 mtr x H= 2.0 mtr) = 02 Nos. (c) 40 HP Water Pump Set = 02 Nos. (d) 20 HP Water Pump Set = 01 No. (e) 10 HP Water Pump Set = 01 No. (f) 5 HP Motor = 01 No. (g) 3 Hp Motor = 03 Nos. (h) Pressure Sand Filter (Size= 48/72: H=6.5 ft, Outer Dia= 7.5 ft) = 01 No. (i) Pressure Sand Filter (Size= 36/72: H=6.5 ft, Outer Dia= 3.5 ft) = 02 Nos. (j) Dismantled cable and pipe pieces. (k) 100 KVA HT Transformer - 01 No.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 100 KVA, minimum capacity Outdoor D.G. Set with acoustic enclosure confirming to latest environment protection regulations for emission and noise levels complete with Diesel Engine developing actual BHP calculated considering de-rating factor if any whichever is higher, water cooled, four stroke, electric start, turbo-charged & after cooled with all standard accessories, coupled with Alternator of 100 KVA rating, brushless, self-excited, self-regulated and suitable for continuous operation at 1500 RPM, generating 415 V + 5% Volts at 0.8 p.f. (lag), 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system. Both Engine and Alternator shall be mounted on common channel iron base frame, with standard accessories such as 12 V, 120 AH lead acid battery along with battery stand, day fuel tank, fuel piping from extra fuel tank of 990 Ltrs. capacity to Engine, Residential silencer, suitable size termination box (Cable / Bus duct) with extended Alternator terminal with bus bars suitable 1.5 sqmm etc. as required and as per specifications.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonary enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 mtr long with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I.pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut,bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3½ X 70 sq. mm (38mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.
