Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Demolition of un reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified

Glazed ceramic coloured (colour & shade as approved) tile 450x300x7 mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting / dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white/ coloured cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match & including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in white/ coloured cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for Water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. :- (a) 15 mm plaster in CM 1:3 with WPC on raised vertical surface (b) Cleaning the surface with wire brush/coir brush, removing lose material like dust partucles, dirt etc. (c) Creating fillet covering of 50x50 mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and walls (d) Apply first coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and vertical surface (e) Provision of glass fiber mesh of 2 x 2 mm immediately on above coating (f) Apply second coat of two component modified polymer coating after 72 hr (g) Laying concrete 1:4:8 over the coating as per requirment (h) Refixing the sanitary pipes with the waterproofing tape having bridging ability of more than 1.5 mm (j) Filling the gap between the wall opening and sanitary pipe with non shrink cementitious grout (k) Complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. Make:- Dr. Fixit/Fosroc/STP Note:(i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (ii) The Plan area of floor shall be considered for payment. (iii) WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound.

Taking down cement plaster on stone walls of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on any face of stone masonary walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls etc., and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion including chalk whiting preparatory to distempering complete all as specified

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) of size not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each including cutting holes in brick walls of appropriate size for insertion of cement concrete blocks for hold fasts and removing from site to store or otherwise as directed complete all as specified.

Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified.
